I just read that they can seize if they are not sure on woods or if there isn't a certificate with it ? The rules are complex, and a pain in the twerker.. it depends on the wood, which treaty it's covered by, and whether the original manufacturer got cites certification. If not, you need to get a cert to ship it outside of the EU, and the importer needs to do the same. Unless it's Braz Rosewood... don't even go there.... So you won't be required to provide documents between EU countries. Outside the EU who knows what kind of monitoring will be in place, but be prepared for the worst.
