for sale - my rather nice Sandberg VM4 bass
Butterscotch (which was a limited edition) with Sandberg's heavy relic finish
beautiful neck with maple board & lovely black blocks
Delano pickups & 2 band eq (Glockenklang so I'm told by Drew at GBBL)
Active/passive
When in passive mode treble pot works as passive tone control
plays & sounds lovely
currently fitted with Fender tape wounds but I can fit the round wounds it came with if you prefer.

excellent condition (well for a heavy relic finish) no extra dings added :)
(edit - there is a very slight ding on the back of the neck which i only just noticed, certainly never noticed it while playing the bass - just thought I'd mention that :) )
comes with a Sandberg gig bag.

i would prefer a sale as i have my eye on something else on here, but i am open to trade offers for something of a similar value.
I am based in Harrogate & would prefer a meet up as I really don't like shipping basses without a hardcase.

Lovely!
What's the nut width and weight please, for those of us who like that sort of thing :)
[/quote]
Hi nut width according to my trusty tape measure is 40mm
As for weight,I don't have any working scales but I'd say 8.5 to 9 lbs.
Certainly not heavy,if I can borrow some scales I'll weigh it for you guys.

Cheers

When you say you have your eye on something ,it wouldn't be my 62 reissue by any. Chance.lol

Hi Richardd,I'm lusting over a very nice Mayones on here, but I have been looking at your Jazz for sure as I actually owned one for a few years in the nineties,I sold it in 1996 if I remember rightly.
Mine was LPB but I've always liked white jazzes.
I don't have any cash to throw into a deal though as my old house needs work doing.
