Amp for practice?

I've always used my Dynacord BS412 for practice as well as gigging, but now I've moved into a very small house (long story) and don't have room for that as well as my double bass in the front room! Need a small combo that might double up for small gigs as well. Any ideas? Thinking about a Laney RB3?
Thanks
Neil

+1 for what Badboy suggested but If you are looking for cheaper option I would suggest you to try new Fender Rumble series combos. I have been using Rumble 100 for band practices and small gigs. They are very small, light and loud.

Thanks guys! I have to confess I'm a bit stuck in the Dark Ages when it comes to amplification! I would ideally like something that feels as bombproof as the Dynacord, but that's not going to be easy! I'll take a look at both those options

I use a Phil Jones Bass Double Four combo. Teeny little thing, that sounds amazing. I also use it for gigs, though I only play jazz, but that is with a drummer, keys, guitar and sax. It has a DI out, so you could DI into a PA for larger gigs.
