molan Posted May 5, 2015 Share Posted May 5, 2015 They are great. Really nice people and super efficient. Shipping is in the lap of the Gods though. I've received things in just a few days and others that have taken weeks. It's not their fault, just the combination of US/UK postal services and customs. Horizontalste Posted May 19, 2015 Author Share Posted May 19, 2015 So it appears bestbassgear did their job & my bridge was delivered last Wednesday. Where it was delivered is anybody's guess, Royal Mail have told me they will investigate & it will take 72 hrs then they have 7 days to inform me of their findings.
