FT feeler - Fender American Standard Precision in butterscotch blonde - trade for a Jazz

Just a feeler at the moment to see what trade options are out there as hopefully on Sunday I shall be picking up my dream P Bass I've been hunting down for years.

I have a (2005? will confirm) USA P with rosewood neck and S1 switch in the rather rare transparent butterscotch blonde colour over an ash body. All original except for an added genuine Fender ashtray, excellent condition with a few very small dings, comes with original hard case. Strung with either LaBella flats or Fender rounds. Pics to come soon.

I'd like to swap/trade this for a passive MIJ/USA Jazz. High quality bitsas considered also. Fairly open to colour combos, but unusual colours preferred, seafoam green or sunset orange being my top choices! Rosewood preferred, maple boards are ok as long as they are satin rather than gloss. No gold hardware!

PM me with any offers.

If you sell you bass rather than find a trade, you may want to have a chat. One or both of the following MAY be coming up in the next week or so (not stealth, I'm fully paid up until next April!).
The Sea Foam Pearl P/J is passive, with jazz nut width and noiseless J pup.

Regardless, good luck.

How did I know Karl would be sniffing around this!

Great basses with the s1 switches, have a bump

Olly, I'm hurt, hurt I say :P
This jazz is 2002, one of the last WITHOUT the S1.
I may need to realise some assets due to a once in a lifetime (aye, right  ) £2400 incoming Custom Shop.

So, get Dan's bass bought you lot.
As you were, hijack over.

Still waiting to hear a confirmation about a meeting place to pick up my new P later, which hopefully won't fall through. I'll take pics of the bass in the next day or two! Deffo interested in Karlfer's Jazz even if I don't sell this one, unless I manage to find a rosewood S1 version first!
