Bassist Andy Pyle

I was listening to some old "Blodwyn Pig" albums ("Getting to This" & "Ahead Rings Out") yesterday and admiring the great bass playing by Andy. AFAIK he is still playing.

Not sure if he has been mentioned here on BC previously, so I thought I'd do so.

I used to be in a band with a guitarist known as Andy Piles, because his name was Andy & he suffered terribly with his chalfonts.

I hadn't thought about him for donkeys years before I saw the title of this thread...

Yes, he did alright, though I always think that the music of "Blodwyn Pig" displayed his talent a lot better.
