£580

Hi all. When the mot man laughs and says the failures have made it on to two pages, you know it's gunna be an expensive week. So I need money to repair my work van, and I don't really play this much so it makes sense to sell it. Another bass iv bought that doesn't compare to my mm sterling.
Roadworn jazz bass,in beautiful sunburst and nice road relicing. Classic jazz sound and is surprisingly light. I would say mint condition but it isn't,although it is how it left the factory :-)
I'm after 580 collected from just south of Milton Keynes MK17 0ew, do not want to post at the moment as have no gig bag for it.
The only trade I may be tempted by is something MM with a thin neck, the Sterling Classic Active sort of thing,as I do need a cheaper back up bass.
Any questions Pm or text zero 753337164eight
Thanks for reading,Simon

Bought one of these off a BC'er a few months back
......and I love it!

They're fab basses, they look, feel and sound the biz
I played 2 USA Jazzes recently, and they didn't come anywhere near as nice as my roadworn

A lot of people talked these up when I was thinking about buying one
.... and they were right :)

If you're considering one of these - give this a whirl
It's a fair price for one of these beauties too

Have a free bump clashcityrocker
Great name BTW

Cheers Marc, is a very nice bass, seems a shame to not play it.
Unfortunately I'm too young to have every seen the clash but they are by far my favourite band, even got the China rocks logo tattooed on my leg :-)

I can't believe this bass is still here
I think you're right about the amount of basses for sale though
I also use a facebook page for selling / trading unwanted gear
and there's loads & loads of stuff on there :o

EDIT: I meant to say - perhaps we are now seeing the downside of the mass-produced, playable quality musical instrument?
i.e. - a glut of S/H gear out there?

Again, I've played quite a few Fenders over the years
and I wouldn't swap my roadworn Jazz for anything
These are fab basses - they get talked up a lot
but in my opinion - they really are the business

Cheers again
Marc

PS. Sadly, I am old enough to have seen the Clash...
but to my own regret - I never did :(

I had tickets to see them and didn't go.... wtf? XTC too, one of my favourite bands in the world and I never saw them.

Lovely basses these, I miss my fiesta red one.
