Squier Silver Series Jazz just been listed

Might go cheap as it is collection only. These are very nice! Not for me, though.

There do seem to have been a few Silver Series about that were made with MDF. I was a little sceptical when I first saw some pictures, thinking maybe the body had been swapped at some point, but since I've seen others reporting the same thing. They appear to have turned up towards the end of production, but that's not to say all the later ones are MDF or that they couldn't have turned up earlier.

I've got a Silver Series Precision in white and it's made of basswood.

Always been curious when the MDF bodies were around after picking up a (99% certain) Fujigen-built no-name Precision copy, which turned out to be MDF under the rattlecan spray job. I assumed it was from the same era as the cardboard Silver Series, didn't know they used MDF on E-serials too.
