I'm a complete newb to all things in the lower registers, played a bit of guitar a while back, but haven't done anything for years now, but am getting back into it. Always wanted to play bass, hence why I am here. I picked up an old aria pro bass (one of them jazz/precision hybrids) ages ago, that I'm hoping will serve until I need something decent. Quite many here need to learn something ( ), and quite many "always" wanted to play bass. I'm like that myself as well, and old to boot. What do I say? I'm too old to boot even.
