Mesa Walkabout Scout 300w Combo 112 SOLD subject to etc

Price £800

(Current Thomann price £1763.40)

Age related hearing problems mean that I've had to give up playing electric music and no longer need the volume that this great combo puts out - and although it is comparatively light (23 kg) I'm starting to find it a it a bit on the heavy side. I want to downsize to a lighter rig which is ok for acoustic music.

I've used this with solid JP type basses and my acoustic bass guitar and it sounds great with both. It is in a good condition - only issue is the handle where some of the stitching has frayed - the handle is nevertheless sound (see last photo).

The amp can be removed from the cab and used as a stand-alone 300w bass head.

The Tolex is not the standard black, but a classic green colour. Slip cover included.

May be up for a trade for a Markbass Mini 121 or a 25w Mesa Express (Guitar) combo.

Collection from Wakefield would be preferred, but I will carefully pack and courier the amp if required.[attachment=136688:MesaA.jpg][attachment=136689:MesaB.jpg][attachment=136690:MesaC.jpg][attachment=136691:MesaD.jpg][attachment=136692:MesaE.jpg][attachment=136693:MesaF.jpg]
