Errr, that trem doesn't look Mexi to me. Some of the high end Mexi stuff is now coming through with the 2 point trems but they have vintage, bent steel saddles, i.e. 60s players. This one has a two point trem with block saddles, which looks like those found on the current American deluxe stats. While Fender have gone back to bent steel saddles from blocks, I very much doubt these 2 point trems would have been found on a Mexi made in 2007. Not that the trem / body /neck can't have been changed of course.
If you're seriously interested in this Strat, if I were you I'd request a photo of the back of the guitar. You can then check what's written on the back of the headstock and neckplate in terms of serial no & country of origin. A 3 bolt neckplate would certainly point towards a 70s reissue of some sort, whereas an 'easy access' curved off corner 4 bolt would point to deluxe USA specs again. Also ask about the history, is he the first / only owner and when & where did he get it, & does he have the original receipt.

The classic players (which came out in 2006) have all custom shop parts, including a US custom shop bridge even though they're made in Mexico. Very good guitars but as you can see from the picture they don't have the 70s headstock. The body of the one on ebay looks very similiar, possibly there's been a neck and pickup swap at some time. Best just to ask the seller.
