Up for sale is my made in Japan SQ serial no. P-Bass with a stunning wood grain showing through the Sunburst finish!

In good condition for a 30 year old

The only thing I have changed is the Capacitor for a top quality " Paper in oil " replacement! As far as I am aware all else is original, and there are no extra routes or suprises under the scratchplate!

Currently strung with Rotosound Flatwounds and plays and sounds like a really good P-Bass should! Comes with basic gig bag -collected from Leeds or possible local meetup!

Serial No. is SQ 39073 and has original owners name engraved on neck plate ( M Caswell )

The Photos dont do justice to the stunning sunburst finish, so will try and get some better photos if we get a little bit of sunshine!

I cant help wondering if this was one of my SQ's.

Excellent Precision basses, up there with all the US ones.

Hi Col

No -- its one I bought from Paul shortly after you got yours, and if yours is anything like as good as this one it must be another belter! Way up there with the U.S.A. models ( and a lot better than some of them i.m.h.o! )
