Hi Chris

Here's a similar thread with all of the appropriate Bristol shops mentioned.

PMT have got some fairly decent stuff at the moment, some nice Stingray's and Fender's. Also got some Yamaha's and a nice Ibanez 6'er, amps by Ashdown, Ampeg, Orange and some of the big valve Peavey stuff. And with the added bonus that all the bass gear is in a seperate little room at the back so you won't have to be left with bleeding ears from young kid ripping out Slipknot riffs on a 7 string Ibanez through the loudest Mesa amp in the shop!! :)

Music Room on College Green have some nice Overwater (made by Tanglewood) guitars in but not a lot else bass-wise. Worth trying one of those mind. I tried one and ended up buying it! They gave me a loyalty card too... so I'm not allowed in there again for a while. :)

And yeah, where's this Doomhaus and what is it? I've heard it mentioned a couple of times so may pop down...
