My Stingray really needs a little facelift. Its been stuck with the cream pearlescent one since I bought it bu now calling for a new pick guard but can't decide which way to go. I can't find a metal chrome one to match my black tele, the nearest is a clear mirror plate which would look cool against the black fleck, or do i just go for classic black?
[note: this pic is not my 'Ray, it's another black fleck one found on google images, mine's a maple neck and 3-band eq plus piezo but the body and scratch plate are same]

It's got to be a black one, in my opinion.

If you're considering mirror ones, I have a blue mirror one that could look cool.
Here's a picture of it on my natural Stingray, simply placed over the original black one, not screwed in. The apparent scratches is just the plastic protective cover which has never been removed. I ended up with a cream guard on thsi bass, and later I put the original black back on.
