I've just bought this album as an MP3 download, since it was finally released early this morning on amazon.co.uk because I was too impatient to wait for the actual CD to arrive in the post. (It should be here this week)

What a great CD, every track is a refreshing revelation. To say that Michael Manring is one of my favourite solo artists it’s an understatement. Of course I am now a great fan of your playing style too, ever since I have got "Something Different" which is an album I constantly listen back to back in my car, on the iPhone and sometimes at work. Rebirth has really shown what your next obvious stage in your music was going to be. The result is far from a disappointing, to the point where I still can't decide if I actually prefer this or the other as they are both very good,

I really recommend this album to all bass players. There are a plethora of great musicians in this CD each bringing their trademark contribution to a very colourful and captivating masterpiece, showcasing different styles and sounds remeniscent of music from artist of great caliber and popularity.

Music is definitely not dead, and albums like these are the very proof of it.

Well done Alberto great album.
