Its a 20 fret neck Maple with roswood fingerboard. it seems a solid neck and should be fine for any project. Its also had aged fret dots installed. Heel is un-drilled. [/font][/size] I was originally unsure if the truss rod works properly but have managed to check it and it seems to adjust fine and will easily be able to be adjusted to be straight when strung up. Well to be honest the guitar doesn't actually exist, just planning a jazz 5 string build, so not even sure what pickups i want yet. And do intend to put in a preamp and I've always liked the J retro. Will drop them a message.

Even though I play 5 strings, I basically haven't got on with this fretless 5 string. I much prefer my 4 string Jazz fretless for some reason. This is a cracking bass, sounds fantastic and I have thought about getting this fretted, but I've decided to sell and put the money towards a jazz 5 string. Its in like new condition, its never been gigged and has pretty much been sat in a warwick gig bag [i](which comes with the bass) [/i]for at least a year. To be honest that's a little more than I'd want to pay for a used one. Bass direct sell them new for £79 delivered. The most I'd want to go to is £50.
