1. You maybe right? So our saying that if loosened it would bend backwards more if needed? It should pull straight once stringed up.
2. Are they the ones with screws or the posh on ones? I have a set of push on ones I could trade.
3. Hello, Jazz neck for sale. Its a 20 fret neck Maple with roswood fingerboard. it seems a solid neck and should be fine for any project. Its also had aged fret dots installed. Heel is un-drilled. I was originally unsure if the truss rod works properly but have managed to check it and it seems to adjust fine and will easily be able to be adjusted to be straight when strung up. 62-63mm at Heel 37-37.5mm at nut Price: £27 including postage I'm looking to use this to fund another neck I have my eye on so I'm open to offers if you think this is too much. Would also consider trading for other Jazz bass parts, 4 string or 5 string. Thanks for looking, Adam

7. Well to be honest the guitar doesn't actually exist, just planning a jazz 5 string build, so not even sure what pickups i want yet. And do intend to put in a preamp and I've always liked the J retro. Will drop them a message.
8. Hello, interested in this, would this work on a Jazz with mm jazz pickup combination? cheers.
9. Hello, possibly interested in this preamp. Are the two controls bass and treble boost/cut?
10. Hey guys, Im thinking of starting a 5 string jazz build. I would like to have a MM J pickup combination. I'm just after some ideas on pickups to possibly go for. I like the sound of the Warwick Streamer Jazzman or a Sandberg jazz so something similar to either of those would be ideal. I have looked into getting a set of MEC's but a MM pickup seems to be hard to find used. So If you can let me know your thoughts and experiences that would be great. Also, i would like an active preamp, 3 band most likely. I'm not sure on this but can you have any passive pickups and then wire them up to an active preamp or do the pickups also need to be active? Thanks in advance for any help on this. Adam
11. Hey guys and girls, Just putting a feeler out. Im really thinking about selling this bass. So ive if I get the right offer I will sell. Even though I play 5 strings, I basically haven't got on with this fretless 5 string. I much prefer my 4 string Jazz fretless for some reason. This is a cracking bass, sounds fantastic and I have thought about getting this fretted, but I've decided to sell and put the money towards a jazz 5 string. Its in like new condition, its never been gigged and has pretty much been sat in a warwick gig bag (which comes with the bass) for at least a year. 35in scale New set of Elite Player strings, (it currently has some old strings on, but I will put new ones on once it's been sold) 3 band active eq inc Bass boost/cut, Mid boost/cut and treble boost/cut Alder Body/quilted maple top - Natural finish Price wise im looking for £380 ono. Collection from Manchester is preferred, but I will arrange a courier at buyers cost. I may consider sorting out a trade/deal for a 5 string Jazz (fender or other), or maybe even a Lakland, Warwick, Sandberg etc. So feel free to PM me with ideas. Thanks for looking.
12. Hello, possibly interested in this if it's still available. Possibly a silly question. Is the passive tone just like a tone knob when in passive mode? Cheers
13. To be honest that's a little more than I'd want to pay for a used one. Bass direct sell them new for £79 delivered. The most I'd want to go to is £50.
14. Hey Paul, the depth is 16mm and is approx 64mm wide. Thanks for the interest.
