1. FOR SALE! mag 300h head - 300 Watts RMS. Same as Evo 3 model but doesn't have compression. mag 410t deep - loud with great mid-high response, very clear. mag 115 deep 2 - this is fun to sit on when you play Sounds huge on my Schecter Stiletto Studio 6, works a treat with pedals such as mega distortion, big muff and my oc3. I encourage potential buyers to come try it out in my living room. The only flaw is the grille on the 4x10 has a dent in it as per photo. This has had one previous owner and the only time I have ever pushed good power out of it was just before and after I bought it! Not owning a car makes a purchase like this quite questionable, and I can't justify hanging on to it any longer. Price will be £480 - I may be open to negotiations depending on interest. Thanks Matthew
2.
Hi, Is it 150 shipped?
You'd hope so, seeming as they are £160 brand new with free shipping
3. I aquired Andy's Big Muff! (the bass version that is!) Pedal arrived in mint condition with generous packaging. Very nice dealing with you sir!
4. Hey all After recently finishing up some acoustic tracks (one below) I am looking to get on a soundtrack or even an advertisement. Does anyone have experience in this field who could offer some advice? Thanks http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_XBiOgJdII&feature=related
5. Hi guys I am wondering if anyone has knowledge about London's rehearsal timeshare options. I am in a band who have recently been booted out of our shabby practice space, and I would really like to share a new space with some other bands close to Elephant and Castle area. Is there somewhere on the site where this topic has been discussed already possibly? Any info greatly appreciated! Regards Matt
6. Well I am based in central London. I don't mind going to Bristol - but physically transporting the rig is an issue.
7. If only I could figure out a cost-effective way to test and transport it ....... Have a bump on me
8. 410 sounds good for me. I can find out courier cost to london and get back to you.
9. Still available? Would u post it recorded delivery? Matt
10. Hey i am interested! Would u drive to london if i covered petrol costs? It's pretty much bang on your radius limit! Matt
11. Les Claypool - Filipino Ray !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
12. Putting batteris in my bass would be a start. Gotta buy em first, and a 9V battery tester - can't have those things cutting out mid gig can we
13. Great, well it would make sense then as surely bass circuitry needs power before the Jackhammer is to work smoothly. Over and out !
14.
gwreetings wrotter. Does it make the pop on guitars as well? Do you have the gain set quite high? Is it louder than your clean sound when it's on? Have you tried it with batteries? Do you have full batteries in the bass? Does the PSU work OK for other pedals? Sorry for all the questions (and my drunken texting at the weekend).
I haven't tried on guitar - but I have tried it with another power bank through a different amp. It still pops when the gain and volume are right down. Yeah the PSU is ok with others. I should really stick a battery in it and try again. Also - I risk making a tit of myself here. I have a passive bass, so it did not occur to me that it would have a concealed battery department in the rear! And your texts are always welcome, drunken or sober
15. Thanks so much for the link - many hours of fun to be had there! I just bought one of these things and look forward to using it. Does anyone know about the patches - are the non-edit patches just rigid duplicates of the editable ones in the A - D banks? I suppose the idea is that you can edit and butcher the bank patches then you still have the originals backed up to copy from.
16. Hey peeps! I am looking to see generally what people think of using guitar pedals for bass, and what experiences you might have had. At the moment, I am using a Marshall Jackhammer. I am quite happy with the sound - the frequency contour helps control the lows - but I get a loud pop everytime I stomp on the switch. Would this be a power issue, (I use a powerbank) or is it to do with the fact that it's a pedal made for guitars? Any advice appreciated from you wise basstards! Matt
17. If you can arrange the postage, I can pay for that too, won't be too much depending on the weight. If so, I will buy !
18. Will pay 150 if posted. What's the status on this please, still available? If so, pics would be good, and also is the condition different to brand new in any way? Thanks
19. Nice one. Sorry deej, I hope you manage to exchange your gear soon. Apologies if I couldn't buy this as soon as I saw the thread but glorious payday has finally arrived!
20. Well at least your bus came! Might be months before I get my hands on my first bass if I miss this. Now you have the luxury of choice!
