  I worry about spacing from the edge of the fingerboard, but pickups? Never noticed it making a difference. My guitar has a Gibson-spaced bridge humbucker with a Fender-spaced bridge, and I just know that'll annoy somebody somewhere...

  To be honest my OCD doesn't like it but in the real world it makes no difference. Anyway, I've tried nothing and I'm all out of ideas.

  @Bigwan They do line up. So if I rejigged the bridge to line up the poles, the fret markers would be out. So it's six of one really.
