1. Guys - you're both gentlemen. Thank you! I'll PM my mobile and email details if that's ok and we can keep in touch. I still don't yet know when my flight gets in so I may be pushed for time to go anywhere but the Bethnal Green on arrival. And yes, the Kala bass would have been an incredible option. Sadly, I'll only have handbaggage with me so that would have meant checking in a tiny Kala-sized flightcase
2. It's for a soundcheck & gig with Linn Records-signed songwriter Amy Duncan at The Gallery Cafe, Bethnal Green on Saturday 4th May. It's a tall request I know!!! I'm based in Scotland, where my Washburn AB35 will be, but I have a Stiltskin show in Poland on Friday 3rd and I'll be flying straight from Poland to London on the 4th. It can be a 4 or 5 string, any brand. I use some foam just to dampen the strings at the bridge. I will give 2 tickets for the gig and buy a drink for you Here's a link to one of Amy's great songs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X4DiRCIYtzM
3. It's a fantastic player's bass. Have a bump John!
4. Now with photobucket link!
5. I bought this from another bass chat'er Protium last year who builds these incredibly impressive units at home and decorates each type with a distinctive image. It's a wild fuzz pedal, comparative to Z-Vex's Wooly Mammoth but at a fraction of the cost. It features a red LED indicator when the effect is engaged, and I find it performs best with passive basses. It came to me battery-only, but I've since had it professionally customised to accommodate a 9V power supply jack. I also had the top of the pedal coated in lacquer to protect the Love Heart logo. Home use only. Pics: http://s1342.beta.ph...e%20Knob%20Fuzz
6. The project I needed a phaser for exclusively is now complete and I fear this will just sit in the back of a drawer for the foreseeable future. Pedal in good condition. A few marks in the gloss finish when you hold it up to the light, but not noticeable when on the floor. I should also mention the finish is metallic red, but my camera has brought out a more pinky shade! 7. Pedal in near new condition. Includes original box and power supply. 8. Not perfect condition, but well looked after! Pics: http://s1342.beta.ph...ry/Bass%20Balls
9. Have a bump on me Steve. Happy to hear you're favouring Aguilar, but that's no slight on this incredible Markbass kit.
10. Bump for my favourite amp

12.
very tempted, i need to check the coffers bought a few things of late
Cool, just send me a PM if you need to get in touch
13.
Yes! La Bella black nylons would be lovely on this. So tempted by this..... Cheers Gareth
I really have had so many players wishing they could try the bass, but sadly nobody anywhere near Scotland! I'm presently experimenting with the best ways to pack the bass in it's case in a box so I can prepare it for delivery. Either to a private buyer or to Bass Gear in Reading, who are happy to display the bass for sale in their showroom. If I can arrange something this week, the instrument may well be there available to demo by next week.
14.
This is crazy... I'd love to try it
If you can travel here, you'd be most welcome to try it. I',m thinking of putting tapewounds on it
