  1. Withdrew this a couple of months ago due to lack of interest just post Xmas. But she's not getting the love she deserves with me (5 stringer) so here goes again. More open to trades now, particularly for equivalent value five strings or a decent combo or something elese I've not thought of yet - what ya got?? This is a fantastic guitar with loads of tone options & stunning looks, the pics do not do the metallic finish justice. 9V active electronics & P/J config covers all Fender sounds. High mass bridge, 70s Jazz neck. Limited edition factory special run, only 250 produced of which 150 made it to Europe. All original case candy, tools, & Fender gig bag included. Also included is the stock white scratchplate - I had the black one custom made in the states for the best part of £100 including P+P - if only I'd have known about the Bass Doc then :/ Mint condition apart from light buckle rash & pickguard scratches, I'm the original owner & it's been gigged twice & played lightly in my studio. Recently had pro set up & strung with new D'Addario Nickels. Plays like butter. Weight is around 9lbs. This really is a wonderful guitar for Precision lovers fancying something a bit different & not quite unique but not very far off. 2. Ah the Carlsbro 150 combo. I'm stuck with one cluttering up my studio right now. Picked it up off a guy from ebay who described it as perfect condition, got it home & the thing crackles like a b@st@rd even on 1. Can't shift it even for peanuts but can't bring myself to dump it cos it cost me £30! Cursed >
  3. Ah you know you want to. With the boost switch kicked in too
  4. I had the same problem with a Blowtorch before. The light would only dim ever so slightly when off. The problem was caused by accidentally running it off a 9V power supply one time, could this be the problem? That said I didn't notice any tone suck.
  5. Last price drop before she goes on Evilbay. Don't make me do it friends
  6. Last price drop £250. That's the shop price & you get a Badass II fitted instead of the shonky stock bridge!
  7. Agh if only you weren't overseas...I'd offer you a load of stuff for that, been after one for ages! GLWTS
  8. Thanks karlfer. It really is a beaut but alas the GAS has me in its thrall...
  9. Price is now £260 as stated in the post title.
  10. Price is now £625, won't let me change the value in the edit!
  11. Agh apologies for the double post, cr@ppy phone.
  12. B string is just fine, tight & clear tone. Probably not quite as good as what I hear about 35" scale jobs but perfectly adequate AFAIC!

  14. Thank you! The bridge is indeed gold. I'd had it lying around for years unopened & when a saddle thread went on the stock Squier bridge it was time to fit it at last. It's a massive improvement over the cheapie stock one & adds loads to the tone. I was just about to embark on making the rest of the hardware gold when the GAS struck hence the sale! That reminds me, should have mentioned that the original bridge is included in ths sale.
  15. Sale is on hold for now
