2. Would you be interested in a trade for a Cort GB custom 4 string. Absolutly mint condition. I'm a bit overstocked in the 4 string world and could do with another 5?
3. Well it wasn't traded, it's around 8 - 9 Lbs in weight. But I've not had any firm offers so this looks like staying in the collection, cool!
4. Did a trade with Shaun today, top man. Clear communications and great attitude.
5. Would you be interested in a trade for a cort GB4 Custom like the one shown here http://www.cortguitars.com/_webapp_3760774/GB4-Custom 1 for 1 swop?
6. Yes it appears it didn't like ' in the text. So I've hopefully tieded it up now. Hopefully makes more sense.

9. Following spinal surgery I am faced with trying to put together a light weight, good quality bass rig and as the cash fairy has gone into hiding I am considering parting with my beloved Wal. It has been my main bass for over 10 years. It is worth mentioning that this bass has been looked after and regularly serviced but it has been used, it's not been hung on a wall and there is some wear. I have tried to show this in the pics. From similar postings I would be looking for offers in the region of £2500. It is a March 1990 Mahogany cored, American Walnut facing. Serial number W 3376. One of a pair originally built for the Bass Centre in London, hence the sticker on the back of the headstock. After I 1st got it I was lucky enough to have it given the once over by Pete Stevens while he was still running Electric wood in High Wycombe. It has it's original fibreglass wal hard case. As there's been a bit of history of wal's being used in ebay cons, I'd prefer to do any business face to face for both our sakes. In the trade world I would be interested in markbass gear ie cmd121P with an extension cab or barefaced cabs. They have to be good quality and light
10. I went to the NEC gig and noticed that all the black jazz now had Pearl block inlays, has he changed the necks on all his basses then? From another post someone spotted a fender custom shop logo and they were credited in the programme so maybe Ged got some new toys? From where we were, behind and to the left of the sound desk the sound was fine, I head someone come down from the sides and say they couldn't hear the guitar too well, they keys were pretty high in the mix when used, but they played like demons.
I was at the O2 last night, brilliant show - I was in the 2nd row right in front of Ged. Got a load of pics, I'll edit and post the good ones later. I think he played about 5 different Jazzes over the course of the night, I can't remember when each was used and for what song, but here's some facts I do know - can anyone else flesh out the rest? 1. Black signature bass with new neck (pearloid slab markers, white neck binding) 2. Drop-D tuned Jazz for Stick It Out 3. Red Jazz pictured above for 2112, I think tuned DGCF No fretless this time - as used on Malignant Narcissim from the last tour. Any ideas about the others? The steampunk setting was cool - even the bass/midi pedals got the treatment.
11. 'I like the pearloid inlays but I'm a huge Geddy Lee fan so I would love to have the black blocks/inlays instead to go with the white pickguard and badass II bridge I fitted to the black body' I've just seen Rush on the Time Machine tour and Geddy now has Pearl inlays on all his mapel necks! I was shocked as I've just got a squire with the Black inlays on a mapel neck. So if you want the Geddy look, you're there my friend.
12. Just purchased Gary's modified Squire Jazz. Top man, absolutly top quatily equipment and a pleasure to do business with. Paul B
13. A 'for the hell of it bump'. A sansamp or Fishman pre-amp plus cash from my end.
