That’s nice Andy, looks like a real players bass , what year was it
It was a '69. Truly the one I should have never sold. Lightweight, playable and gorgeous sounding. What a fool I was!

This is kind of interesting, looks like it's a rare and sought after amp. Not a true all valve head but quite an interesting preamp setup.
From what I can find on the Internet, it looks like it's more of a clean tone amp rather than a dirty ampeg/orange style head so I'm not sure it's ideal for me.
Interested in 'not a true all valve head' do you mean because of the user interface ie graphic and midcut options etc?

@blackdixon local to Kent per chance, or deliverable?

Damn, they do sound great and very solid construction.
Yup, the build photos really bring home the feel of a quality product.

Some great stuff there. If I ever attempted to play the line to Sir Duke, I'd feel heroic. Enjoy!
I'm pretty messy are a part of the main head, but keep practicing, it can only get better.

Fantastic bassline , I had lessons for that and I found it very difficult, there’s some really tricky bits, I still play it now and again 🙂
A couple of the fills are really tricky, they are the two obvious ones. See how I go with those!!

Having a go at some great (but some might say cheesy) tunes! Really enjoying working them out and in a few cases, trying to push my so called bass skills:

Buy my monitor. I found it fab, then went in ear.

Hiya Chris, yup doing ok down on the coast... hope you are good too!
I thought it might be a nice addition for raising a double monitor set up for home working, but it's not wide enough. shame, it's a lovely piece of wood. 😀

Cheers both, I seem to remember it being the BT7, but then chanced upon the 3.
