  2. Hi Basschatters,

I have been trying to sell the Fender for ages and can only presume that it is still too dear (any advice guys and girls?)
I do however need to sell it by the end of this week, I dont want to trade it back into the place I bought it from that would be a shame, id much rather sell it to one of you!

As previously mentioned, it is Fender Precision 1967 in sunburst. All the electrics are original, the fretboard has been replaced at some point, although it is showing a little wear. Its an excelent sounding bass that looks fantastic! It also comes with the original fender hardcase.

It needs to go, so im going to drop it below the "golden" two grand mark, but would take an offer. when you see it and play it, you wont be disapointed!

It really is a fab bass, plenty of mojo!

If someone can pick it up mid week, I would take £1900 ono

Come on people, I know everyone is skint in Jan, But I feel this is a real bargin!

    Hi Peoples,
I would like to sell my Fender P-bass 1967, I have tried to sell it on here before, but over priced it, so its now cheaper!!

Its all original apart from the Fretboard, the bass is well used, so im presuming that it needed replacing due to heavy use. There is slight wear on the new fingerboard. The electrics are original, as is the scratch plate. One of the tuners has had the metal washer replaced, but that is hardly noticable. The neck is straight and true. The bridge cover did not come with it (as you know, these were commonly removed), the body is quite light and very well balanced.

It plays with ease and looks and sounds great, plenty of mojo!

If you are interested, feel free to come and give it a play, I live just outside of Ashford in Kent.

    I have attached some pictures.

    £2100 ovno

Hmmm, Im at work and i copied themfrom the old sale message, I think I will have to do it at home with the originals!

  8. Well, I have always had the BMS but never used it due to the tone, I currently have a rackmount compressor and a Ashdown 500 head.
I have decided to go pedal mad tho and get an ashdown dual band compressor, a double big muff and a Boss Flanger to add to it. Im thinking of doing a pedal board.

what do you think of the choice as im not 100% clued up on pedals? this was the result of a little research.

How can I solve the BMS bypass problem, I though they were not bypass and thus needed to do it myself?

  9. Hi, heres a good one for the all knowing!
I have a electro harmonix Bass micro synth, the problem is it sounds s**t when the signal is clean, it tnds to loose tone. could this be because i need to modify it witha true tone bypass? if so, how do i go about it?

As you probably know, it has a clean signal fader, which seems to do nothing, could this be broken and therefore the problem?

many thanks for you help in advance!

    Andrew
