This is a nice clip
Truly the dirtiest thing I have seen in a long while. Looked effortless. That short clip demonstrates the energy bursting out of his playing. No wonder he inspired so many people.

Wow!! 😲
This is a ginormous bargain, in every sense of the phrase!
🤔🤔
Nope, I can't see it fitting into either my Peugeot convertible or Mrs Silverfoxnik's Citroën C1..?
But it's going to make someone very happy, that's for sure. Just not me on this occasion.
GLWTS 👍😊
Was it not you that I purchased a SWR 15t and 4x8t from?

@vintage_ben I will have it, as longs as I can store it at yours! 😃

I've got a Henry 6x10, I wonder if they are the same shell? I'm thinking my cab horizontally the bottom, with this on the top, powered by the Hexavalve. 😁

I'd have to say 70s look, I don't have any info on the history of the bass I'm afraid
Its certainly a lovely looking bass and fairly priced IMO.

Next up is my HK audio active wedge monitor. It's the 15 so I great for a bass heavy fullmix. I bought this as I did not want to be lugging my bass amp around that was 'too loud' according to our drummer. I used it for less than a year as I discovered IEM's.
These retail at £600 according to Thomann but would take £300 plus shipping (or collection), for what is truly a step into professional stage monitoring.
Great condition with little use, nearly new in fact.
HK audio blurb below...
PR:O 15 XD – THE GERMAN AUDIO STANDARD
This truly multifunctional cab gets the job done nicely as a satellite, as a compact 15″/1″ fullrange cabinet, or as a low-profile stage monitor. Its balanced frequency response defeats feedback and the Music/Speech knob tunes the unit for the given application. The integrated DSP-based power circuitry delivers 1,200 watts. And all this makes the PR:O 15 XD an exceptionally powerful sound reinforcement tool.
- Application options: As standalone fullrange speakers, in combination with PR:O 18 SUB A and PR:O 210 SUB A subwoofers, and as low-profile stage monitors
- 1,200 watt class-D bi-amped
- DSP for plug-n-play handling without complicated layered menus
- Integrated control over EQ, X-over, limiter and more functions
- Flat / Boost EQ presets
- Tone knob for quick Music / Speech voicing adjustments
- FIR X-over
- Custom-designed speakers
- 90° x 55° wide-beam CD horn for optimum sound
- Rugged, roadworthy housing tuned to deliver 130 dB SPL and punchy bass response
- Modular mix-n-match design for versatile use (standalone and in 2.1, half-stack and full-stack
- M8 rigging points for easy installation
- Made in Germany
- 5-year warranty

Continuing the money raising for house moves and separation....
Is my rather nice Status series 2 headed 5 string with status hardcase.
It is currently strung with flats, but i can order something else and fit if the new owner prefers.
Book-matched maple facingMahogany wings with walnut centre 'tone block'
Satin finish
5-string woven graphite through-neck &Dual-action truss-rod. 24 frets with Phenolic fingerboard.
The bridge spacing is 72mm centre of the B string to centre of the G string
The nut spacing is 39mm B string centre to G string centre
It has a bolt on Status C neck made of graphite, but it has the middle area profile slightly flattened, so a bit like taking a C neck and shaving the profile flatter.Gold hardware
Mono-rail bridge units
Standard 19mm string spacing
2 Status soap-bar pickups with three-band E.Q.
Variable midrange frequency, master volume, pickup blend control &18 volt power supply
A great bass to be sure for the next owner.I can be a little flexible on price within reason, pickup, play and a cuppa preferred, but can ship at the buyers expense and risk.

As others have said Andy - sorry to hear of your separation
Hope you're doing ok
GLWTSThanks Marc,
Hopefully onwards and upwards, but it is a very sad time. You change everything to be part of a family and fully commit, so to be without that makes you wonder what to do. More bass hopefully! 😀

Cheers both, its all part of life I guess, not where I want to be though! Thanks for your complements on the bass 🙂

For Sale is my lovely 1969 P-bass with original pick up covers. Weighs 8.3lbs according to the kitchen scales.
Nicely 'roadworn' sunburst body with rosewood neck. The neck is B width, which is perfect for me. The tort scratchguard is slightly warped as seen in the pictures.
The pickups are not original but have certainly been there for a long time. It is currently strung with flats and sounds as it should (to me). As far as I know, everything else is original (I will remove the straplocks and replace the original strapbuttons).
There is an issue with the neck in that there was a bend which killed the A string octave d note (17th fret) when I bought it, the bass was taken to Andy Crockett in Canterbury who set it up and now it plays nicely. Please note there is still a slight bend in the neck of which I have tried to capture as best as possible. I will add some sound files shortly to let you hear the bass and include the d note.
I can do some internal pics if need be or a serious buyer could come down for a cuppa, a play and take a look internally with me. Although the neck now plays fine, it does still have a slight bend. With this in mind and the non original pickup, I will price to sell at £2500 (Happy to take advice via PM), but cant go any lower. I can meet within a reasonable distance, prefer not to post and am keen for the buyer to try and inspect first.
Reason for sale: unfortunately I am separating from my wife, I now need some quick money to support moving costs.

Unfortunately Overwater have historically leaned towards the heavier side of things, although obviously they could build you something lighter if you asked.
I'm probably not in that price bracket :-). £2K would be a sting for me, but I'm pretty tempted to whack it on the card anyway.
