1.
yeah I've got the sine wave running as well, it's quite a disconcerting sound, makes me feel quite uneasy! I'd love to hear what the Aggie head sounds like through this rig, it's been on my GAS list for a while now. Matt
Well I have been running the Aguilar through the one midget for a while and it sounds great, I think another midget is gonna sound even better! (hopefully )
2. My other midget arrived today too! I now have the same stack as you (but with black grills) and an Aguilar TH500 Currently running the sine wave through it to break it in, sounds like a helicopter overhead!
3.
Wow. You certainly have some great gear, Dan. Get your cash out now, people - this is a bargain price for a very rare beast indeed.
Cheers Mark!
4. £130 which includes UK postage Selling this pedal that I bought from Clarky not so long back which was a custom order from Max at SFX with an XLR/DI out as well as the normal output. Nice tube warmth to overdriven sounds or just a boost if that's what you want. Original thread here http://basschat.co.u..._1#entry1989572
5. Sorry about that, the first 3 are my own but the 4th one is a stock pic (I haven't taken it apart) Here's a review with some better internal pics http://www.soundunlimited.co.uk/articles/orange_tiny_terror_hard_wired_vs_tiny_terror
6. Selling my Tiny Terror as it doesn't get much use and I need to free up some money! Only used a couple of times at home, in excellent as new condition. These are point to point hand wired in England unlike the other Tiny Terrors which are built in China and made with PCB's. 15W 'Class A' / 7W 'Class A' Valves: 2 x 12AX7 (Preamp), 2 x EL84 (Output) Limited numbers are made each year so are very sought after. Comes with a leather gig bag and I will chuck in an OBBM speaker cable as well. £450 which includes postage in the UK This is also on eBay but at a higher price because of the fees.
7. I have another on the way.......an Oh See Demon!
8. Selling my North Effects 22/7 Fuzz as I have just bought a Grey Stache for fuzz duties. These pedals are handmade in Hackney and come plain so you can design/paint them how you want. The graphics you see on this pedal are just sellotaped on and will just pull off. Some Info: 22/7 Green Russian Featuring the same high quality components as my other pedals, the 22/7 Green Russian faithfully reproduces the big bottom-end and grittiness of the original and adds modern niceities like true bypass switching, a standard Boss-style 9V DC jack and a superbright clear green (natch!) LED indicator. In short, that hooligan sound in a small, reliable package for a good deal less than going vintage. The Sound The green V7 Muff is particularly favoured by the alt-rock fraternity and bass players in general, with notable users like Thurston Moore and Dan Auerbach fuelling current demand (listen to "Thickfreakness" for a good recorded example of what these sound like). Biassed for lower gain, the Green Russian has a much more up-front bottom that makes it easily the best choice for bass and displays enough bite and grit up top to keep things plenty lively. Link to main page and sound clips http://north-effects...uk/greenrussian Looking for £45 which includes UK postage. 10. Has this got the speakon connectors now? Also is the badge on the front removable if you needed to? Cheers!
11.
I really enjoyed that, thanks for posting.
My pleasure!
12. Enjoyed listening to this, thought I'd share it; http://www.npr.org/event/music/173331505/dave-grohls-sxsw-2013-keynote-speech
