  1. Yes passive, vol + vol + tone.
  2. Tony and I traded basses (again!) and like always I received a great instrument (perfectly set up) in this partial trade. We had some lunch along with his wife and chatted all things bass and more. Until next time! 😎
  3. Its got Labella black nylons on since last year and really sings.
  4. Its 4.77 Kilograms
  5. This bass was put on hold a while ago. The buyer backed out and I decided to keep it. But since this corona crises has put me out of gigs this is reluctantly up for sale again..
  6. Thanks Caz. Nice playing on your part as well! (love Mike Brecker) You have only been playing bass for 11 months? Impressive! The Bass is a Leduc 6 String Headless Bass, you can find some info here: http://www.leduc.fr/index.php/basses/solid-body/maurad-basse I was lucky to find one used. Its super ergonomic and has no deadspots. The long scale makes it a little harder to play but it has and amazing low B (its tuned B E A D G C). As far as the drumkid goes....I will have to ask the Drummer for that one 😉
  7. Haha yes Allan's Music seems to be a little challenging to people who come from different listening habits..... When I feel like I need some alone time and recharge, I listen to his music. My girlfriend thinks its weird....she does like some John Mclaughlin though!
  8. As for all of us right now, home recordings are the only option....so here we go:
  9. Allan Holdsworth usually does the trick for me.
  10. ..and wonderful playing, GLWTS!
  11. shoot me a pm with specs please
  12. Nothing in particular but a few things that could be interesting: cheaper P-Bass + Cash, 5-6 String basses (34 inch or less and esp. Headless)...
  13. Possibly open for a partial trade with a cheaper bass + cash
  14. Up for sale is this very special bass made by Christian Celinder. These basses are legendary for a reason and this one is no exception. Selling with a heavy heart but I need to generate some cash and ultimately just need one Jazz Bass and prefer the Ash/Maple/70s style. The Bass is located in Germany but shipping throughout Europe should not be a problem. PM me if you need any more info. Specs are: Alder Body, Maple neck (gloss finish), Coco Bolo Fingerboard with binding (actually could pass as Brazilian Rosewood), Aguilar 60s Pick Ups, Candy Apple Red finish...comes with a Fender Case. Here is a thread by a former owner with better pictures than I took, hope he doesnt mind sharing: https://www.talkbass.com/threads/fs-mint-celinder-classic-4.1144255/#post-17160258
