1. Are you using an active bass? I had an OC-2 for a while but had a problem with volume drop. It was fine with my passive basses but quite noticeable with my active.
 2.
No stress, but it kinda suggested that I was posting a misleading ad (ie saying it was out of production when it wasn't) so I wanted to correct that. No big deal, but probably worth checking up on things before posting in someone's for sale thread!
Definitely, sorry mate!
 3.
My recollection is he has started up with the SuperColliders again and made a limited edition Lime Green Beast that was NOT a supercollider. I dont believe he has restarted making the SuperCollider Beast's again. In any event, this pedal is mint with packaging and is less than what you'd pay if you order one direct (if you could) so.....
I hope you didn't take my post the wrong way! I wasn't suggesting that you'd jacked up the price because they're out of production, the price you're asking is great. I was just letting people know that they could get SC's again if they wanted I was under the impression that he'd started making the beasts again as well but on further research it turns out he's not! Sorry if I caused any offence and good look with the sales
 4.
Earthbound AUdio Supercolider BEAST (lime green) - its a improved muff based fuzz with two different levels of oscilation - too much fuzz for me but these things are out of production
He's making them again as of November!

 6. Hey guys, I'm looking to sell my TFPro P3 preamp. I bought it here, just over a year ago. It's been well used but still in very good condition. Since I've upgraded my DAW, a lot of my hardware is redundant. It's a really versatile unit, I've mainly used it for recording bass and drums but it works great for most applications. Read the blurb: http://www.studitech.ru/resque/manuals/tfpro/release/p3.pdf I don't have the original box or manual but I do have the power supply. You can find a pdf of the manual here. I'm looking to get £65 posted within the UK. PM me if you have any questions. Cheers, AJ

 8. SOLD I'm looking to sell my Catalinbread Hyperpak. It's a great pedal but I'm only using my WIIO at the moment. It's in good condition with velcro on the bottom. I don't think I have the original box unfortunately. I'll get a picture up this weekend! £60 posted within the UK. No trades! PM me if you have any questions. Cheers, AJ
 9.
Nothing interesting... Better cable added and a compact rightangle switchcraft jack put on it to conserve space and not have loads of excess cable flying around.
That's exactly what I need! Who's doing the mod for you? And if you don't mind me asking... how much have you paid? PM me if you'd prefer.
 10. Thanks for all the bumps chaps Lots of interest in the SFT but nothing concrete yet.
 11.
sorry to hijack
Don't be sorry, feel free to bump my thread as often as you feel the need Thanks all! Everyone should own a Catalinbread overdrive... this is a good place to start Bump!
 12. SOLD [s]Looking to sell my Catalinbread SFT. It's a great overdrive but surplus to needs. It's in good condition with the original box. It has velcro on the bottom. I'd like to get £100 posted within the UK. Cash only, no trades at this time. PM me if you have any questions. Cheers, AJ[/s]
 13. Not quite what you're looking for but: http://www.ploytec.com/34oneII/
 14.
Any sound clips of the Ottava Magus? I can'f find any around the net of a bass through it. Particularly the odd/ring-mod like tones from the octave up that is described on the official bumpf… Shep
Hey Shep. I don't have any soundclips of the Magus unfortunately, nor do I have the facilities to record at the moment. The ring mod tones aren't your typical ring mod sounds as there's no carrier frequency. The ring mod effect only happens when you play chords. It's a very fuzzy ring mod; useful but different. If it's true, clean, single note ring modulation you're after, then I'd suggest you look elsewhere. If it's fuzzy, chordal, disharmonic effects you're looking for, then the Magus is probably worth a look!
 15.
What pedal/effect/gizmo would you never be without?
My Dwarfcraft Shiva and Ibanez AD-9. If you don't feel like you're missing out, then you're probably not. It wouldn't hurt to try a few effects though. I'd suggest starting with an overdrive, then maybe look into an octaver. It's a slippery slope . Come to the dark side... go on... do it.
 16. I have my eye on a couple of pedals so these need to go. They're great pedals but surplus to my needs at the moment. Oxfuzz Germanium SOLD Boomstick Bottom Feeder This is a simple but versatile envelope filter. I'm selling it to fund a low pass filter. If I could justify it I'd have both! It's in good condition, I'm pretty sure I have the original box. Has velcro on the bottom. £50 I'm happy to ship overseas if additional costs are covered, just send me a message and ask! I'm open to offers on both of them, cash or trades but cash is king! Payment by Paypal or bank transfer is preferred. PM me if you have any questions or offers. Thanks! AJ

 18. Why is there 2 threads for this one?
 19. Bump. Still available. When I say I'll trade for anything, I literally mean anything (as long as it's a fair trade) .
 20. I really don't think you can compare the 2 players. They both have completely different styles and different approaches to the industry. Faithless, I know you're a big fan of Janek, I've seen you post a lot about him. I don't have a problem with that but in this case, I think you're being a bit unfair. Both Janek and Hadrien are great players but they're so different, I'd say it's almost unfair to compare the two. Especially bringing in the whole McLaughlin dismissal situation. I won't deny that I personally think Hadrien was the wrong bass player for that job, but I don't think Janek has been in a situation where he hasn't been right for the job. This isn't a personal attack , nor is it an attack on either of the bass players we're talking about, but I think you have to think about what each of them is good at, there's no need to dismiss Feraud in the way you did it, I don't think that was really called for. A man of Janek's calibre doesn't need you to defend him on the internet ! I think both players have found their own voice which in my opinion is the most important thing. But, alas, everyone has their own opinion. EDIT: Just a quick thanks to the OP for sharing the transcriptions and sorry for taking this thread in the direction I did . Perhaps I should have kept my opinion to myself in this case
