There's plenty of other basses/amps etc you have that need her to sell them for you. Well, what are you waiting for! Get to it man!
You could invite me along to photograph your gig in Glasgow and I'm sure Celin would be delighted to be my assistant for the night and come and meet you guys. Serious offer - I'd really like to be extending the work I do with musicians and bands.

Hi guys - I've only just got this beauty after getting it in trade on Sunday with another bass-chat member, but a Jazz I've been after for sometime has come up for grabs. I had my warwick for sale for £660 and this was at £650 so I'd like to get that back, but will include delivery. It is in really exceptional condition, plays like a dream and of course delivers those timeless Precision tones aplenty. Now with my own photographs to illustrate this beauty. So - The bass in excellent nick, the original (tank like) Fender hard case with all the candy, delivered for £650. No trades thanks! I don't mind travelling a reasonable distance to exchange if that suits - as I have done now the last three or four times I've done deals on bass-chat. Very pleasant!
Of course all those folks offering to meet up rather than have stuff posted are secretly hoping to meet one of your models when they collect... however, I'm going to look really silly if you say that it is your wife!
My wife's an old muntr. I could only use her to model restorative remedies I'd imagine. Well, me too, but that's a fact of life when death is racing towards you and, apparently, accelerating. Still, I'm glad most are enjoying the shots. From PM's, I can tell you that the PC dragoons are somewhat less appreciative. -

Hi guys - up for grabs is a mighty, mighty jazzman in very good nick. A few wee minor blemishes on the finish with two notable issues. 1. The toggle switch still toggles, but it needs extra-toggled about a bit to do so. Whilst perfectly functional you might wish to change it - I didn't as it didn't effect functionality. 2. There is a wee chip in the finish directly behind the bridge. Again, repairable, but it just didn't other me. I paid £660 for it and would like to see that back. I'll include delivery at £660, after that by negotiation. Although (rather delightfully) the last few times I have sold here I have just met up with people and done the trade that way. The bass includes the mega-lux Warwick gig-bag and the Warwick user kit. As ever - pics to follow. Soon. And It's away as I've managed to do a trade. Thanks for all the interest as ever!

More than enough interest to convince me to move this on - thank you very much indeed for the votes of confidence!

God bless the man and swift peace to the heavy hearts missing him so keenly.

And thanks guys - I'll discuss the books with the lad and take it from there. Any suggestions for DVD in case he's visually centered?
Just out of curiosity, what do you not like about living in France?
Well in truth it's nothing to do with France at all, but I really miss the British way of life - specifically the humour/crack. France is a genuinely great country with so much to offer, but I was happier living in the UK and travelling to France to work. It was happening so much that I thought I'd try the reverse. Now I'm not so sure and I may change back. And one thing I genuinely hate - cannot get used to - the way the whole country goes to sleep on a Sunday absolutely does my head in. It reminds me of life in the Scottish highlands circa 1973
-
Any help with this most welcome guys - I'm really uncertain what to recommend to the lad. Cheers!

I was 'sacked' from a band years ago because the singer and I never really got along. In reality I shagged is girlfriend and he found out. Anyway, the point is that band member rapport is the single most important ingredient in any band's chance of sticking together.

Hi guys - since moving to France I've sold a bass to a local French guy and and he has asked me to help him learn. Between his broken English and my bloody awful French I want to make this as easy for him as I can. I'm looking for suggestions of DVD's and/or books to help him that would be ideal for a beginner. PS - France is bollocks and I want to move home asap
