1. Hi Wombatboter, Truly difficult for a non english native explaining in words how impressive is a bass like that, but at the same time how can you suffer with a piece like this outside home. I understand you perfectly, maybe you remember my sale thread: http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=74514 Same "problem" as you but I know now that I prefer a ding in the headstock playing live than missing a bass like this forever. Best luck with the trade or sale mate, it's so astounding a Signature Alembic (and yours it's amazing) so maybe you finally will reconsider it as I did. Anyway all the best and regards from Spain.
2. Hi Antonio, We meet at any spanish forums. Thanks for the advice but the GS410's at 8 Ohm are already on the way to me. Truly interesting your comments about the GS212, I never played with those cabs so my experience with the DB212 was awful but I will give a try in the future for sure. Thanks mate.
3. You're great Mark. Truly appreciated your help. I'm going to order the couple in 8 Ohm instead of the 4 Ohm, more than sure will sound better when using both with the DB750 so as you said there's not a huge difference in terms of preassure and headroom between 975 watts @ 2 ohms and 750 watts @ 4 ohms but a better damping. Worst part will be in gigs using only one cabinet (small pubs, rehersals, etc) so 750 watts @ 4 ohms and 400 watts @ 8 ohms I guess marks a difference more noticeably. Don't you think so?
4. Thanks guys! How do you see these GS410 in the 8 Ohm version? These ones are available just now in my dealer and I can pick up those cabinets at a slightly better price than the 4 Ohm ones. I know I get half of the power with the 4 Ohm cabs, but maybe the head works better and cooler that way and the sound will be the same... or better. Sorry for the bothering but any experience that slant the 8 Ohm GS410 over the 4 Ohm ones? I know I'm irritating but is a great investment just now for me.
5. Thank you very much guys. Mark, this is what I expected and your description I guess is totally accurate so this was my feeling with the DB212. So I will wait for the GS410.
6. Hi mates, Some urgent help required. I purchased these past days a couple of Aguilar GS410 4 Ohm to match my DB751 and looks like will be a delay in arrive to my country, so the Aguilar wholesaler can change my order for a couple of DB410 in stock at the same price. So the question is: Worth this change? I had one GS410 in the past and I loved it, great low end, perfectly tonal balanced and a couple of DB212 that weren't my cup of tea at all, too midrange oriented, boomy and without the "dry" bottom end that I like. I know the DB410 is not a DB212 but as I can't try it what's your opinion about? Any experience with the DB410 beyond Aguilar says in their site? I play all kind of music so I need a "workhorse" for any situation. Regards and BIG thanks in advance for your time.
7. Thanks mate! This bass is DEFINITELY WITHDRAWN. Too much time trying to sell or trade this beauty, no worth at all for me.
8. Still looking for any offer that make sense for me. Go ahead guys.

10. Thanks Si, you're right. It's a respectable amount but the saving is also significant so is a unique hand made bass of 5170 euro and the cheaper factory model already cost 800 euro more than my asking price. Anyway feel free to send me a close best offer in cash or let's see if someone wants a partial trade for any of the basses stated. Also any Lakland, Ken Smith or vintage Stingray could suit me well. Cheers and thanks again.
11. I can't understand why this wonderful and great sounding boutique bass in dead mint condition is still here. The price is more than fair, I'm a 100% reliable and honest person -as you can check in my feedback- and maybe I could accept any other bass or guitar as a part of the payment. Just I can't afford keeping a high end bass like this without use. Any offers with or without trades?
12. This is great! Do you need an air conditioning device? I want these cabs for my mother in law.
13. Sorry, not for sale or trade nevermore, it's a must for me.
14. Arg! The bass of my dreams and no one single penny!
15. Thanks mates. All PM replied and still available. Trades adjusting cash for classic 4 string basses (CS Fender Jazz Bass, Wal MK 1, Fodera or Sadowsky UV prefered) or a cherry Gibson ES-335, Rick 360 fireglo, Martin or Gibson acoustic guitars welcome.
16. Amazing bass at a better price mate. Not a single penny just now, otherwise you will have a PM in seconds.
17. Wasn't here in the classifieds this bass in 2009?

Definitely withdrawn folks. Playing this morning this bad boy for about an hour had been enough to know I don't want to part with it at any price. Thanks a lot.
20. Great pictures! the red colour of this bass looks stunning there. Best luck with the sale.
21. Free bump for a spanish friend, top bloke and 100% reliable person. Best luck with the trade Josep.
22. Congrats Pablo! Very proud to see this awesome bass in the hands of a fellow.

SOLD

Thank you Shaggy. Indeed it's more than beautiful and even it's an important amount of money placing an order in the Alembic site for this same bass will result in a final quote of almost three times my asking price.
