1. Cheers my friend, It's a real beauty and a huge sounding guitar. Currently on hold and almost sold, I will let you know tomorrow.
2. Thank you Ash, this bass is SUPERB. It's for sale also in my country so hurry up before will be too late!
3. Thanks a lot Mart, this one is my number one just now but times are hard for everybody.
4. Thank you guys! It's like a Pino on steroids, in fact I really prefer it over the signature model in terms of sound and playability so this one has a thinner neck. This is the actual price of the stock one in sunburst so I think my asking price is much more than fair: http://www.thomann.de/gb/fender_62vintage_...n_bass_3tsb.htm
5. Thank you guys, I really think this is the better amp in production today but as stated it needs to be played for a touring musician. It doesn't make any sense a tube 40 watts of this price just for playing in my bedroom once a month at most.
6. Thank you mate, It's easy to play but a good guitar player (and I'm not one of those definitely) can touch the heaven with this instrument.
7. Thank you Scalpy, you are absolutely right with the tremendous quality of this amp.
8. Thank you Nash, indeed it's awesome in every aspect. You can play it as a 6 string guitar too so the neck and nut spacing is the same, but once you hear the ringing tones of the 12 configuration you will not want to do that. The 381V69 is the top of the line of the Ric catalogue and given the construction is much more resonant than any Rickenbacker of the Reissue or Vintage series.
9. If you have listened and enjoyed a Matchless amp imagine how it sounds this beast, this is the top of the line and more expensive amp in their whole catalogue.
10. Hi mates, Can someone be interested in this exclusive and highly collectible Rickenbacker 381/12V69 in Blueburst (colour of the year 2005)? http://www.rickenbac...model=381/12V69 Comes factory with trapeze tailpiece and Rickenbacker TV Style Control knobs wiring in three position (two tones, one volume). It's in dead mint condition and comes complete with the vintage silver case, manual, cloth and tags. This is one of the most beautiful and better done high-end american guitars ever and there are very few made in this awesome finish. The sound and feel is incredible but the fact is I don't know what to do with so many strings and I don't use her, so just as a feeler by now I could be interested in trades adjusting cash my way for a Fender Jazz Bass Custom Shop, a Rickenbacker 4001/4003 or a Custom Shop Gibson Les Paul or ES-335. As far as amps: An Aguilar AG500, a Fender Deluxe Reverb or a Vibrolux/Vibroverb or a british made Vox AC15 or AC30 will suit me too. I bought it from an american dealer and paid a fortune with the shipping and custom fees but take a look at the even higher recommended price in UK: http://www.rosetti.co.uk/Product/Rickenbac...81-12V69-Guitar It's not longer available in this finish and has 3 years in the awaiting in the three colours offered today (fireglo, mapeglo or jetglo). Please take all this aspects in mind before make your proposal. Please contact through private message. I will entertaint trade offers here for a few days before goes to eBay for a sale at a sensible price. Cheers
11. Bought a Stingray from Bill and it has been a perfect 10 in all ways. A top chap that cares his instruments as well as their fellow basschaters. Thanks for all.
12. A total nonsense. Could it be worse asking if the bass has all the notes or something like that.

14. As many of you are guitar players too this could be of your interest: I have at home a mint condition (only a few hours of careful home testing) Made in USA 2010 Matchless Chieftain 212 Combo CH-212 Reverb in Crimson Red finish. European 240v model with unfilled Matchless lifetime warranty. This is by far the most awesome handmade point to point "Class A" boutique guitar amp in the market but I know positively now it was an irrational and impulsive purchase, a very expensive whim so loud (and quite weighty) that surpass my requirements just for playing at home. I would like to sell it to get a lighter and cheaper Fender Deluxe Reverb or a british Vox AC15 so offers that way would be welcome. Please in the chance you want to place on the table a trade don't send me another proposal so I'm not interested. Matchless amplifiers are self-biasing so no adjustments are necessary when replacing tubes. I will include a couple of fresh new sets of high-end matched tubes of €400 value (£350) for the new owner even the original ones are as new. Also is included a pro Thon flightcase with wheels without use: http://www.thomann.de/gb/thon_haubencase_f...mbos_rollen.htm And a red vintage style Silverstone amp cover with white piping: http://www.ampcovers...ils.asp?id=2295 This is an amp of $3285.00 in the States + shipping + VAT + Customs fees when in Europe if you want to order it there. This one was purchased in an european authorized dealer. I paid €4050 (£3550) for all these items including the backup tubes. With a straight sale all the items (amp, flightcase, cover and the two high-end tube sets) are yours for only £2195 non negotiable. Don't want the flightcase and the cover? Deduct £250 =£1945 for the amp + the two sets of brand new high-end tubes. You can only purchase for this money a new Asian-made handwired Vox that is a good amp, but a toy compared with this Matchless. Isn't a BARGAIN? Now it's up to you. Due the weight and volume I will not ship it. Collection in Madrid or you can arrange your own shipping if you like. Now it's your chance to own an amp that will blow your mind! Cheers

17. Great bass and 100% honest and reliable guy. No worries here.
18. I have no idea Dirk, but the most part of his basses of the last times have been Fender Jazz Bass Custom Classic, a discontinued model. Maybe he bought a batch to any dealer... who knows.
19. Never bought any item from him but we have talked many times and is a great chap, I think absolutely reliable. His name is David.
20. A lot of interest but nothing closed just now. Very sorry so I have received dozens of trade proposals, but just now I need a straight sale.
