2. Great friendly guy to deal with and a fast payer too! Pleasure to do business with you.
3. Agreed mate, great little unit, served me well!
I have one and it's wick! So easy to use to get a great sound in a small box and it lasts ages on a single 9v battery. I've also used it to record and it's deathly quiet and can be tweaked easily to get any sound you're after. If they'd bothered to put a 'drive' knob on it, I think it'd be outselling Sansamp etc. Truckstop
4. Excellent condition Info here - http://www.bossus.co...p?ProductId=819 SOLD Thanks
5. Bass effects processor from Korg, good condition with Box and Power supply. SOLD Modelled Bass Amps and Speaker Cabinets The PX4B comes loaded with ten different bass amp models that emulate everything from vintage standards to today’s popular models. Each model faithfully reproduces every sonic detail of the original amp, including warm fat tube sounds and crystal clear tones. The cabinet effect models the acoustic characteristics of a variety of speaker cabinets– a real advantage when you’re recording direct. You can even select different speaker sizes (10, 12, 15, and 18 inch), for a wider variety of low-end sounds. Amp-like Operation Ten of the most commonly used modelling amp types can be quickly accessed by a dedicated dial. Tone control knobs are also provided for bass, middle, and treble adjustments. This makes editing operations just as easy as if you were using a conventional bass amp. A value dial lets you make immediate changes to the effect types or parameter values, while a Tap button allows you to set delay times and rhythm tempos. High Quality Modelling Effects The PX4B is packed with more modelling effects than ever before, including a wide variety of compressor/limiter, modulation and ambient effects. These include a popular filter-type auto wah, a fretless effect that simulates the characteristic sound of a fretless bass, a ring modulation effect that changes in response to your playing, and newly developed reverb effects that produce unique spatial treatments. The PX4B even has an effect that simulates feedback , which is usually only possible during high volume level performances. An analog synth effect reproduces the resonance sound of an analog synth, and a rotary effect changes speed in response to your playing. A preamp effect models active electronics built into your instrument, which changes a passive-signal into an active signal sound.

8. Sold a 5 string Jazz to Andrew, great guy to deal with and very patient with the problems we encountered with shipping! Thanks for buying mate.
9. Hi I bought this off a friend who'd modded this 5 string Jazz which i'm pretty sure is a squier modern vintage jazz 5 and put a fender neck plate and some decals on the headstock. Not a bad job but not great but passes for a fender when you are up on stage. Anyway in good condition and sounds like a great jazz bass always does, gigged it afew times and sounds great. Asking £250 which is what i paid for it only 3 months ago. Only selling to fund a new amplifier. Thanks for reading
10. Great stuff Pete, love it, you guys are tremendous
11. Brilliant lesson, thanks for this. I've just tried it on Giant Steps - OUCH
12. Thanks guys that all helps alot. Gigs coming up so will see how I do!
13. OK, a month ago I was asked to play in a weekly gig for a big band ensemble, i got the question 'you can read right?', so i gladly said 'yeah sure' knowing full well i'm not that great at it however i knew i had 4 weeks in which to scratch up so I thought what the heck I'll regret not even giving it a shot! Anyhow first off any survival advice would be much appreciated and secondly i have a specific question regarding counting in from the conductor, ive attached a photo of an example piece of music to help - The pick-up bar at the beginning - will the conductor count 1,2,3,4 and then im in on that first note in the 2nd bar or would it be 1,2,3,4 then pick up bar and then im in. Hope all of that makes sense im sure it seems like a dumb question but im actually starting to panic slightly now!! Thanks for your help!!
14. By the way everyone Pete and the band were tremendous last night would recommend anyone go and watch them if they have chance. Petes a great guy with an awesome bass too!! Really enjoyed it mate
15. Me aswell, I never 'got' it either until recently so I'm a recent convert too!
16. The lads tremendous, however I would say he's better on some of the other videos that are on there, especially the chicken.
17.
Had several of these, fabby basses; sure I can't interest you in a part trade against my Spitfire 5 Fretless???
