Hi Everyone. I run a music school just outside Stratford-upon-avon. We teach guitar, drums and bass and would love more bass players. Where are you all? We currently have bass lessons available for all ages and abilities and are painfully short of dedicated bass players. Drummers and guitarists out weight you big time! Thanks....we love what we do! We don't have a dedicated bass teacher at the moment for two reasons. Firstly, the guitar teacher plays both guitar and bass to a high standard and has played both in live situations and secondly we just don't have enough bass students to fill a teachers timetable full time. We are actively looking though to gain more bassists and guitarists (drums is nearly full!) and would like enough so that bass can be taught by a dedicated bass teacher. There is a raging arguement amongst my friends and collegues. They have been discussing 'The best bass player ever' and as expected Flea has been a hot subject. We all know he is ace.... and we all know that there are many more truly great players (too many to mention) but if you had to choose one..... would it be Flea because of his uniqueness and individuality or someone else? Help solve this row.. please... !

I am new to playing bass... and i have a really annoying buzz on the third string, 4th fret.......only place it happens. Can anyone out there explain this to me so that i can fix it?? Thanks guys

Please help by relpying to this with a randon, obscure little know bass, guitar or drum related fact. You'd be helping out loads b coz i have to set up a quiz for a bunch of v enthusiastic and knowledgable students......they r good too.... very good.....help??
