  6. Mother of god!!! (can you still sell your children!)
  7. Talk is quality, worth it for Endless Dream alone
  8. I’d probably say to go from The Yes Album to Relayer, skip Tales (could have been a great single album) and then carry on- always a bit of filler but a lot of class
  9. I was going to say Close to the Edge, then Time and a Word (who doesn't love a bit of orchestration!), I'm partial to a bit of pop era Rabin (some pearlers in there) but it would have to be Going for the One - it's all fantastic especially Awaken..solo stuff would have to be Fish Out of Water (it's just class with the addition of Mr Bruford)..Yes are the reason I started playing bass many moons ago
  10. Cheers Chili, I have dropped them a message on Facebook..it's only the one I'm after...I think!

  12. Wonder if anyone can help or assist as just tried to adjust the height of a string on my stingray and the head of the threaded hex screw is spinning but with no adjustment so presume it’s snapped off...would anyone know of where to get a replacement or would anyone have one spare? Thanks in advance Dave
  13. Definitely calling her the right name
  14. There is some decent new stuff out there, but the problem is that you have to search and search for it and that's what we as musicians must do to satisfy our cravings, the radio and the likes of Spotify and iTunes are still ruled by the record companies who "know" what the mainstream want - and if that happens to be bawling primadonna's, pouting boy/girl bands (who don't have any musicality whatsoever and were found on a tv show) and acoustic singer/songwriters who were discovered on t'internet - then that's what they'll get. The best way I've found in the last few years is to just get out to gigs and pay more interest in the support bands - ridiculous amount of talent out there, just have to find it, and there's nothing wrong with saying sod it I'm going to listen to classic era Yes for the rest of my life either It's music, will always be subjective
  15. kin hell....think that sums it up
  16. I'll have it for £50...that's what it says
  17. Is this the one on eBay, think I’ve bid on it!
  18. First and foremost I don't think it's about you - they've moved to a different style from what you like so you'd probably never be really into it. I had the same scenario and just started my own band doing what we as a band enjoyed playing - it's not worth sacrificing your enjoyment just for some steady gig
  19. Whatever it is, it's a beauty and I'm not even a Precision fan
  20. Have a jazzman for sale?
