Witness the full horror for yourself.

This is what the internet was invented for. There were a few years when it disappeared mysteriously from Youtube, dark days indeed.

  2. I'm a little ashamed to admit to being a bit disappointed when I saw Bungle at the Astoria, they played mostly California material which I was unfamiliar with.

I've since gone on to consider it their - and Patton's for that matter - finest hour. I'd love to go back an relive that gig!

  3. I love Mr Bungle - Trevor was one of those "how the hell is he doing that?!" players when I was a teenager.

I haven't really managed to get into the Easter Bunny stuff, I love the style of music but it doesn't feel like Bungle to me.

I've seen him a few times live with Bungle and Fantomas too.

  4. Do you mean tuning the strings up a semitone? It shouldn't have any adverse effects on the neck at all, although you might need to tweak the truss rod. Loosening the other strings won't help.

A good friend has his bolt-on Warwick Thumb tuned to CFBbEbAb for the past 20-odd years and it's fine.

    Hi, I'm ales.

I usually play metal, but I've recently been working on something a bit different, wich is a bass cover of Midnight express by Nuno Bettencourt.

If you're interested in playing it, I would gladly share the sheets I found (but it was for guitar only so I had to work quite a bit to translate them).

Thanks for the opportunity to share!

Something's been bugging me about these - it's the single colour on the headstock.  Should Epiphone have done a trad black headstock with colour outline?  Here's a quick and dirty mockup:

    FIGHT :D

Black with colour outline looks better, but I like the solid red one as it looks like Tom Petersson's.

I don't understand how that sliding harmonic thing works!

Play the harmonics as usual, then press the strings down and slide up. Only works on a fretless.

Mind you that bloke in the video above is doing it wrong, Jeff Ament slides from the nut.
