4. Got it! Bump for that!!!
We had to implement rules about what is allowed for sale in this forum as we found that we were getting all sorts of completely unrelated adverts appearing. This is a Bass forum after all - for everything else - there's Ebay and Gumtree. Here is the list of what is allowed for sale in this forum: http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=129198
8. Early morning bump!!
Bump for offers??
9. Ok. Thanks guys but let me re-phrase: I'll consider a solid wood (not plywood) Roundback preferred (but not above a good flatback) Maybe I should say from around the £2500 and up price range (so not just a cheapie...but not silly, snobbish money :-)) Michael
As stated! Or if you've seen one to consider, I'll appreciate a note pointing me in the direction>>>>> Much thanks guys
10. Bump for offers??
I've got a couple one of which is this: http://www.maplin.co.uk/200w-uk-to-usa-vol...convertor-13358 The other is similar but is called: Smart2. They are both in very good condition as used very little and the Maplin's one is even boxed. You can use these with 110v (USA) products because it "steps down" the UK 220/240V to 110/120V. £25 each plus a bit of postage
13. Boss PW-10: I've tried many and this one does a great job as it keeps some low end in!! Plus it has a few more tricks than the others...... 17.
I bought this for a recording project a year ago and it hasn't seen much work after that. Not enough room at home to keep so must go to a lucky buyer. It's all stock except I had the a new bridge saddle carved from bone for a lower action and better intonation. Plus I added the pickguard. A big sound acoustically and good when plugged in too. I've changed the strings to a regular roundwound set but kept the original bronze set which you can have. Got a hard plastic case (cost near £50) I add pics soon. Now redused to £155. 18. It is still up for sale (even though I had a few sniffs) I don't think posting is wise as its more fragile than a solid body electric bass. I'm in London quite regularly so contact me if you really want it and we can work something out.
Hi! Is your SX still up for grabs..? I live in London and I understand from your other posts that you are in buckinghamshire. Would you post the item to London? Many thanks Francesco
22. I've had this for a few months and just got the time to re-list. It has only been gigged twice! This was going to be my 'keeper' 6 string but I'm selling only as I bought a Modulus 6 string which I could not refuse! A very good, well made instrument now pushed higher into the 'pro' region. It is in 'as new' condition with the following professional upgrades (photos added): *Bartolini M56 pickups (replaces stock MK2's) *Bartolini NTMB 918 pre-amp (replaces stock Ibanez) *Copper screened electronics compartment (to further reduce any noise) *machine screws to ferrules Electronics cavity cover (replaces 'screw to wood') for longer life *Double 9V battery compartment (re-aligned and much better than twisted original Ibanez cover) Note: An original photo of the back is added as well. This is the Ibanez description: The Ibanez BTB676 six-string bass guitar is packed with professional features including a neck-thru construction, walnut and light ash wing body and deeper cutaways, enhancing playability and delivering perfect balance. BTB basses take the traditional BTB formula--massive body and substantial neck-- and move it forward. BTBs continue to have the right mix of select woods and high-tech appointments that provide the huge tones and sustain that BTB players have come to love. The BTB676-NTF has a walnut/light ash wing body, comfortable 5-piece 'neck-thru' BTB6 maple/bubinga neck, a rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays and 24 medium frets. The MR-2 bridge keeps the tuning stability rock solid. The Ibanez BTB 676 also features Bartolini MK2 pickups and onboard 3-band eq with separate bass, mid and treble boost/cut control knobs for incredible tonal variety. You could get a new one for £670 or get my 'almost new with the upgrades' for a firm £600. I'm not willing to post but can help by delivering to a reasonable meeting place from Aylesbury, Bucks. Contact me for any more details or trials etc....
