Meaning that you can do either 3/2 or 2/3 or 4/1 or 1/4 or even 5 in a line

Asking £65 shipped to you Mike
11. Hi, Just thought I'd share this with you guys. I've been using the 'Stomp' with my double bass as a pre-amp for the pickups with excellent results. John's products are of the highest quality and this is a bonus as I got it to use as a pre-amp (switching between the EQ on my electric bass to a different EQ set up on the Stomp) and as a DI box or with any passive bass guitar. Try this if you can before getting a unit that is just designed for the Double bass. The guys that play both instruments will be happy!! My electric basses have got John's onboard pre-amp and let me tell you.....It's second to none (and some are quite expensive and in my opinion poorly designed and thus over-rated! As a matter of fact I just finished an album for a singer/songwriter and I had the perfect opportunity to try both the 'Stomp' and the 'U-Retro'. The double bass was mic'd and I used an Underwood p/up with the Stomp, for more articulation. What a superb sound I got. Then I used my Modulus with the U-Retro straight to the board (with the Stomp just as a DI). Clear as a bell with much 'Booty' and warmth!! Check them out I say!! Come try my ones!! MCR get in touch with John (say Michael sent me) I'll add some photos soon...

 15. Hi, I may be late but you never know... Is the Bass POD XT live gone? Mike
Powerhouse of a bass FX unit box with over 50 stompbox, synth, and studio effects, 28 bass amp models, plus 22 cab and 4 mic models. Built like a tank, sounds amazing and designed to last forever. Selling it as I've gone acoustic. Near perfect condition, just a barely visible scuff on the Amp pedal (see picture). Boxed, manual, adapter, basically as new. These puppies are available on-line for £254. I'll part with mine for £180. and here's an impartial review I picked out at random bass pod xt live review ps it looks metallic blue in the photo I took, in real life it looks black.
18. Right reduced to £160 (tears...) Hi all, This is Ritter's deluxe cover in Silk/Grey. Solid as a rock, water resistant, well crafted...(http://www.ritter-bags.com/music.html) I've had this for just over a year but it has seen little use as my bass fits a little too snug (3/4). The dimensions are given on their site) In saying that the best way to buy this is to come try it and if it fits then you can pick it up (to big for me to consider shipping). I will consider meeting up somewhere if you are a bit far. (within reason of course) Come check it out. Asking £175 Mike ps: I try to post some photos just a bit hectic at the moment... Come on!!!
 19. Hi, I'm putting this up for sale in the classified. Had it just over a year but not much use so it's in great condition. It's Silver/Grey and solid as a rock. Trouble is...a little too snug for my bass (not all 3/4's are the same). Pick up is best (its a big thing) and the best way to see if your bass fits. No photos yet but soon... Mike see here:http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=27134&hl=ritter

 25. Thanks for the interest guys! They have been sold and the buyer was very happy! Cheers Mike Hi all, I've got these sitting around doing nothing (because I just bought a bigger cab). I used them for various gigs. One on its own for small electric or double bass gigs and both for louder functions. Clear, loud and versatile (slappers included). I combined them with various amps as I was doing a bit of research for an amp that I liked (I used/borrowed Laney, Ampeg, EA, Eden, Mesa, Carlsboro, Peavey, SWR and more...) so they ran from cheap to overpriced! And all sounded usable with these cabs. Will let them both go for £500 or £295 and £275 as one is perfect and the other has a slight problem in the handles. They have lost the 'spring back' function. Have a think. Slowly.... Based in Aylesbury, Bucks. I'll prefer collection. Not doing Paypal so....you know the usual. Contact me for more details Mike ps: Doing a clearout so ask for details or look in "For Sale: Other musically related stuff" http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=26104
