SOLD Original 70's Mu-Tron III envelope filter. A few cosmetic scratches but in perfect working order. Sounds amazing as you'd expect and I'll be sad to see it go but I just can't justify keeping it with the minimal use it gets. Wipes the floor with everything else I've tried. I'm not really sure how much this is worth to be honest. I've seen some go on American ebay for ridiculous prices (£500) which have included the original power supply. I'm not looking for anywhere near that but be sensible in the offers. Thanks Tim

You must be playing some big ass stadiums?

I'm pretty sure that this was a scam. I've seen those pictures and description up on ebay at least 2 times before. The last one got pulled down.

If you were going to buy a vintage bass without looking at it first you need your head seen to. If you were going to do it on ebay with a 0 feedback seller and poor quality pics then I have no sympathy.

This was first venture in 5 strings and to be honest I don't think its for me. My loss is your gain. This is an amazing bass in awesome condition it has never been outside the home therefore is absolutely mint. I can't find a ding or scratch on it anywhere. It's just been treated to a setup with a new set of Elixirs and I'll also throw in a set of Joe Osborne flats. Also comes with hard case! I'm looking for £580 ono + delivery (approx. £15) Paypal, cheque or cash is fine. I'm based in B'Mouth I'll get some pics up tonight Tim edit for pics:

Got my grade 5 theory test coming up and one thing that has always confused me is time signatures. I know what each number means but I don't understand how to distinguish between "simple" or "complicated" and "duple", "triple" and "quadruple" Help please?

Damn I was looking at that cab too! Paul Turner is one of my favourite bass players - you're a lucky guy!

Just a little heads up on this auction: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...A:IT&ih=016 I sent him an email asking for more pictures and would he accept cash on collection and got this reply: "Sorry but i don`t have any pictures in this moment. I want to sell it faster and i want to find a buyer immediately. You don`t have to bid and win the auction so you can buy it....if you are really interested i reserve the right to end the auction and make the transaction with you. The price i am looking for is GBP1300 with insurance and shipping included. If this is a reasonable price please let me know and i can make the transaction with you through eBay and i SOLD It, so the deal will be very legit and safe and will not be outside eBay. You will also have a 7 days return policy. If you have other questions please email me ASAP. I will also want you to reply either way so i will know what to do. Accept or decline? Regards" His appalling use of English and using GBP in front of the price indicates he is most probably a foreigner. And the fact he's got 0 feedback, insured shipping and is including a 7 day return policy indicates a scam to me.
