    Aww Jim you should have said before...... I would have swapped with the blue one and sold you the black one!! Would def swap with the black one if you fancy....not mint though but does look it from the front. +Have you got the Blue one now? Cheers Tom P.s. I might even consider having no stingrays and 2 Sandbergs if the pretty surf green one kicks around for much longer.......

    I went to this Gig and thought it was bloody good! Granted Bass drum was too loud but guitars sounded pretty clear from the standing area, and she totally nailed the vocals IMHO.... seriously loud too. Funnily enough i went to the NIA with my wife and her sister to see Pink a couple of months back, (Sitting up high then) great show but the sound wasn't great (really quiet and muffled) sitting up there, suppose if you are near the back, it is a fair old way from the stage really.. Get near the stage and jump around with the young uns!

    Wayne,I don't know anything about Musicground, being a yellow bellied southerner and all, but i would echo what has already been said and say hang on until something nice turns up on here. There was a real nice one on here in the for sale section (might still be there, haven't looked) for similar money, sburst & maple board. I bought a 73 from Heartbreaker (refinished) for £1250. It is hands down the best bass i have ever played. If there is some doubt about the retailer i would be mega worried when buying something "vintage". all of this of course just IMHO!
