Still liking the look of these, I have a 64 custom shop heavy relic, great bass, but would be nice to get something reliced even worse like the 60's stack knob on page 1! T

SOLD Bought this earlier this year for some acoustic work I anticipated that didn't come about, so have decided to move this on It's black and has had a thumb rest added by previous owner, which does add to the playability of the bass Comes with case and the original box Both bass and case are in immaculate condition Photos to follow No trades on this thanks! Update! So I managed one lesson, then got side tracked with some other stuff going on in my life, such as my band getting a lot of covers gigs, so lots of new stuff to learn I kept working on my left hand technique and I've started to wok through the online lessons that geoffbassist has created, finding them very useful. I will probably revisit a tutor at some point though just to get some more, real input on my technique Last weekend I played my first gig on upright, only a short acoustic set. Was planning on using upright on two out of six tracks we were doing, ended up playing on four our of six. Two were covers, breathless ( nick cave) and fishermans blues! Really enjoyed it, was a bad stage though, looked like it was made from old tables so started to get feedback through the piezo as the sound from the amp carried through the floor. But apart from that, it went very well and put a big smile on my face! tony -

Hi After some opinions on a change I'm considering with my cabs My rig is an aguilar DB750 with two aguilar 4x10 cabs (db cabs) Great rig, great sound, give me a degree of flexibility to use just one 4x10 on small gigs, but it's great having that 8x10 wall of sound when possible! But! It's kicking my arse, moving these things is a pain in the arse, I'm not getting any younger and approaching 50! My band is loud, I like to hear myself too (who doesn't!) So what cab options have others tried with a db750 or similar? Was thinking 2x12 and 2x10?? Just want to make it easier on my back!! Cheers Tony
