2. The body was painted in some kind of car spray orange, had to be hand sanded to clean it all up and found the flame underneath. Neck dots were added by paul from arrowhead who did an outstanding job. Ended up selling it to a member on the old BW forums. Sounded great
3. An Ibanez ATK .. I'm as suprised as anyone, but I love the look and sound of them. Now its a case of trying to find one.
4. From what I remember from when I used to play, I think this might have everything you are after. http://www.musicroom.com/se/ID_No/016181/details.html but as for reading music, like everything else it is just practice. You might want to get Standing In The Shadows Of Motown and work your way through that as it is in notation only.
5. Was looking through my photobucket account and came across a lot of stuff I used to own and sadly had to sell as I was a broke student. Really miss some of these basses, mainly the Cort and the Zon. Amplification Cort GB74 LTD Edition Buttercream HH Stingray Zon Sonus Custom 4 5A Maple Top - I would kill to get this bass back, the nicest thing I ever played Self Refurbished/Parts Build Fretless Moon 5 1984 MIJ 70s Reissue Fender Jazz - another great bass I can't wait to start my new job and get back into bass playing
6.
Hi Rich, welcome back mate. Great to see you! So now Uni is over, what are you doing with yourself? Cheers ped
I start as an officer in the RAF in March, so as little as possible until then. On the lookout for a beater bass but then going to get myself something nice when I graduate IOT.
7. Finally signed up to the site, used to go under the same name on Bassworld but havent had a bass since I left uni almost 2 years ago, had to sell everything due to student debt. Been reading this for the last week and thought I'd rejoin as I have definitely missed playing bass and will be rebuilding my rig again. It's nice to see my old Zon 4 is still around as I want to buy that back next time is turns up on sale again Hope everyone is well and it's good to be back. Rich.
