If you could post this, I'd take it. Is that possible?

Any photos of the back and what is the weight please (of the bass LOL!).

Isn't this an "Eagle" model BC Rich ? It has the same shape and identical electronics.

The EMG BQC preamp is a perfect choice, I have a 5 string Spector Euro with that setup and it sounds superb. The old Tone Pumps without the trim pot is waaay too hot so this is the ideal setup. Very tempted but I have a Doug Wimbish Spector Euro 4 string so this would just be pure vanity if I bought it.

It was on the High Road if memory serves me correctly
*EDIT* .... it was 396-398 High Road, Leytonstone.I remember back in the 80s a mate of mine part exchanged an old Slingerland drum kit which was knackered and beaten for pennies for a brand new Pearl Export kit. Two weeks later I went back and they'd refurbished the Slingerland and was selling it for around a grand. I told him and he didn't believe me until he saw it for himself. I did detect a tear or two in his eyes when he saw it.

I had the head version of this which I used with a H|H 2x18. It was absolutely monstrous.
Funny you mention Holiday Music (which was in Leytonstone as far as I can remember). I bought my Bass Baby and 2x18 from Allan Gordon's in Walthamstow. That would have been around 1988.GLWTS

"The Pickup pockets were carved and BURNED by hand (this took a long time and a lot of patience to get it exactly how I wanted it to look)"
Jesus wept ... is this bloke serious?

It's actually a thing believe it or not. Made from 1994-95 and as the seller says, it's rare. Usually active with Lace Sensor pickups.

Bugger ... beaten to the punch!
If it doesn't work out, I'll have it.

Please tell - what is required in your eyes to be a 'musician'?
The ability to fire three rounds a minute in any weather.
Oh hang on ... that's what's required to be a soldier in Wellington's army during the Peninsular War according to Major Sharpe.
As you were ...- 1

Ha! I was hoping they'd be at the same price as the Marshall's (wishful thinking I know). I've got a 6505 head and a 5150 combo and they're my favourite amps too.

is the 5150 II for sale?

Is this still for sale?

I think this belongs to Seymour's younger brother. The lesser spotted Jeff was used for experimentation of bass pickups.

Looks just like my Doug Wimbish Signature Spector and if it sounds anything like that then it's definitely good for metal. These are great basses and for that price, this is a steal.

No no no! Those woods clash! And as that for that red bucket chair, darling, well really ...
😂😂😂
It used to be in my missus' salon and I'm now going to use it to intimidate vocalists when they're listening to their mixes. I can't take someone seriously who's sitting in a red chair like that.
