Thanks mate! See attached pic for my pedal board which pretty much covers the signal chain (these weren't the settings, just a random pic). 
For my tone on this cover, I didn't use the wah, flanger or octave pedals.... so the tone is basically:
Compressor, line selector (Rat in one chain, Bass EQ in the other) then out to the sansamp VT bass DI and into my interface.
