3.
I have loved music of various ilks, but never 'had a go' myself. Life's too short no to.
That is one of the best quotes and signatures ever on Basschat, welcome Mr Anvil.
4.
Here is my current rig... loads of tone and power, and pre booked appointments with local chiropractor
Hi Monz, could you please tell me how much the amp cost and it's weight. Steve.
5. You clever barsteward. That's great.
6. Thanks Rich and Rob doesn't charge anymore for backtofrontification, unlike others.
7. Here's mine. 2002, S2 Classic, lefty, custom dots and black finish.
8. I bet Rob and Dawn love their son/daughter just as much, if not more than a son or daughter.
9.
a bit late, but i'm in the mood.
Good choice, DP.
10.
Berzerker - No One Wins It's just crazy, pretty much noise and a drummer who's goin ape on his biscuit tin but hey, got him in Guiness book for records for single hand drum roll I guess (using the gravity blast). These guys jus make me laugh when I listen to them, which makes me feel good, so I guess I enjoy a song or two every now and then... Uhm...click if you dare, I suggest many of you don't, it's not melodic at all...As I've said in the past, I like ALL genres...even Extreme Metal Splitter core hybrids...in very small measures I might add... Here's how it's done... Facinating...
Complete and utter sh*te, both vids.
11. Get a screwdriver and gently tap each pickup while turning the controls, just to be sure.
12. I would guess that the knob nearest the neck was for the pickup nearest the neck, the one next to that was for the back pickup and the one next to that was for the tone control. What's the problem? Steve.
13. The last two posts are Holograms.
14.
Good man! Actually, two 4X10's and two 1X18's I believe. Woolly? I think not! I saw them the night before in Frome at a 'Glastonbury warm-up' gig. Bloody good night as always. Sadly, their Glastonbury appearance (first one ever, due to falling out with Michael Eavis in the 70's) was totally neglected by the BBC.
Great pic, my Cornish M.I.B. friend.
15. Pete Academy has one. No he doesn't, he has a 604, I think.
16. I see. So he now owns it, and will sell it back to the family when they have the money to buy it from him.
17. Black skirting boards? Listen sister, you need a nice "Chalky Downs" egg shell on them.
18. I'm sniffing the insides of my old vinyl record sleeves to get a little fix of something close to it.
19. They need to smoke more weed.
20. I think it may have been Dick Nolan, ex It Bites.
21.
Chris will be using his new Status apparently..... wonder what it's going to be?
S2 with a headstock?
22. Get over it. It's like buying a chain that once belonged to Houdini.
23.
1980 Stingray, almost mint, frets like new, my number 1 bass. I don't know why I didn't get one years ago.
24.
Update... Mini Rig - SOLD. Posting out today and tomorrow, once it's all arrive and folks are happy, I'll be ordering me my very own little Promethean Combo. Can't freakin' wait, although I'll have to, as Thomann won't have it in stock till the 1st of July, still don't have any more gigs till the 11th of August, but how the hell am I going to annoy my neighbours in the meantime... Eude
They are wicked looking combos and what a great spec. 500w amp, with extension capabilities, wow! £550? interested.
