1. Up for sale is my Ibanez Soundwave 20 practice amp. Have had it for a few years just for the occasional living room practice when my main rig wasn't at home. Sounds pretty good and gets plenty loud enough for home use. Still in great condition and working well, just not really needed anymore (as my Aguilar rig is my main 'go to' haha). Ideal for beginners to get started but also perfectly good for anyone needing some decent volume at home or for small band practices. Selling for [s]£50[/s] £40 (Collection in London) Tech details: A terrific practice or backstage amp, the Ibanez SW20 Sound Wave Bass Amp has a closed-back cabinet for enhanced low-end, plus an 8" coaxial speaker for wider frequency response. Bass, mid, treble, and presence controls let you dial up the sounds you want, and a limiter keeps you from shredding the speaker. Other features include a variable input with 10dB gain, CD inputs for play-along, and a headphone out for silent practice. Features Excellent for practice or backstage use Very compact 20W power 8" coaxial speaker Bass, mid, treble, and presence controls Built-in limiter Variable input with 10dB gain CD inputs for play-along Headphone jack for silent practice
2. Pedaltrain Nano with softcase. Bought new for a one-off gig in September and unused since. So, immaculate condition with Velcro carefully fitted and all original packaging/straps/paperwork etc. No longer needed as I’m only keeping one pedal for the foreseeable future. New price from Guitarguitar in September was £42.99 Selling for £30 ***SOLD***
3. Only used a few times at home and for 2 gigs as I sold my DB410 speaker cab a few months ago (not much use without a cab). Therefore, immaculate condition, working perfectly and always kept in the gigbag so, dust-free. Absolutely love this amp but am rarely playing at the moment. Includes power cable, all original packaging and paperwork/stickers. Current New Price: £763 TH500 + £60 Aguilar Gigbag Selling for: [s]£600[/s] £580 (including U.K. Shipping) Am based in London (EN5 Home, E1W Work) so, can arrange a meet up instead of Postage if you're nearby. No Trades
4. TC Electronic Flashback X4 Delay/Looper Love this pedal but having temptations for the Strymon Timeline (even though it can’t do the Space delay which is all I use Lol). Excellent condition with no dents or scratches. Still have the original box too. New Price: £194+ Selling for: £120 ***SOLD*** Digitech Whammy Ricochet Only 3 months old. Works great on Bass (Doug Wimbish has one on his board) and very compact. Has both Polyphonic and original Whammy tracking modes built in and is ultra-compact. Bought for a gig but decided to keep the board small and use my Eventide H9 for double-duties instead so, only used a couple of times at home. Immaculate and boxed as new. New Price: £125 Selling for: £95 ***SOLD***
5. Give me a shout if the sale doesn't go through 😊
6. Got my LT yesterday and yes it's absolutely amazing, but: 1) Is quite a bit bigger and heavier than expected so carrying around on public transport with my other bits won't be practical (London joys) 2) I'm also happy with the D.I. Straight out from my amp so, the extra amps are just a treat. Effects are what I was most interested in. So, will be returning it and probably getting another Eventide H9 for my main effects with a couple of extras on the side. If I had roadies or transport it would possibly be another scenario.
7.
I've looked at the Helix before, more so when the LT came out, but I was about to buy two of the new Boss pedals - RV500 and MD-500....both of which would set me back around £680....and realised that was a lot of money for two pedals. The Chase Bliss Delay (latest model) is £499!!!!!!! As the Helix is just about to have this crazy price hike, and I had a discount code, I thought I'd try one out. I've got a good setup for using the power sections of my amps....or going direct. Guitar wise, I can use my Katana amp which is getting positive feedback for using with the Helix. I'd like to try it straight into a practice room PA and see how I go....
Good planning. I've got a gig where I can experiments bit and was nailing it with just two pedals, however the Strymon was calling me which is over half the price already Let's compare experiences once they arrive on Monday 👍🏼
8.
Try finding one to try in this country though!
Not easy! Is a 14 day free return from the European distributor but their prices are shocking. Had the Axe FX2 from them a few years back and returned it at the time lol Line 6 have clinched it for now especially if some more of their M Series effects sneak into the system. But only due to their, what seems to have been 'introductory prices'
9. Hahahaha that's two of us doing panic buys now 😂 Might be a good investment if these price hikes are permanent. The Fractal AX8 would be much more tempting if Line 6 stick with these prices #badmove. Can easily buy one in Thailand when I'm there next month for less than the big Helix.
10. I've been lurking on this thread also on the fence about ordering. Spotted the price hike too but thought it was my imagination so, have gone ahead and destroyed the credit card this evening haha Can always return or sell to a guitarist for a small profit later if it doesn't do the job
11. Price drop: [s]£300 (including UK postage)[/s] Selling for: £280
12. For Sale (or Trade for Strymon Timeline) Eventide H9 Core (check the Eventide site for the list of presets onboard). Bought new from Guitar guitar for a project last year, used briefly a couple of times, then has been sitting in its box unused ever since (I owned another previously so didn't need to spend much time with this one). In perfect working order, boxed with all original paperwork etc. and immaculate with screen protector still on and no velcro underneath. Selling for: £300 (including UK postage) ***Price Drop: £280*** Or trade for Strymon Timeline in equally immaculate condition. Not interested in any other trades right now. Thank you.
13. Afraid not. With postage costs added it would probably be cheaper to buy in France
14. Apogee JAM Used a couple of times at home with Jamup and Garageband on both my iPhone and Macbook. Works perfectly but prefer practicing without headphones so, has just been sitting in its box. Pre-lightning (30 pin) cable so am including a genuine Apple 30 pin to Lightning cable (worth £35) in the price. includes all original packaging, cables and paperwork. £50 including Apple Lightning Cable and UK postage ***SOLD***
15. Barely used, excellent/new condition with Velcro attached and only taken out of the house once. Bought for a band that only had one gig, so sitting in the house unused since then. Boxed with all original paperwork/remaining Velcro etc. [s]£42[/s] ***SOLD*** Located in London SE1 The last photo is just an indication of pedal sizing and would suggest www.pedalboardplanner.com to see if it's a good size for you.
16. Just bought a TC Flashback X4 from Etienne and was an absolute pleasure doing business with him. Couldn't have been easier and is some of the best packaging I've ever seen Much appreciated! Cheers, Andy
