    I think I finally understand. This thread is about grammar. Go back and check the title - Level 42 before Level42… It’s clear as daylight now - it is only correct to use “Level 42” and not “Level42” I blame all of those people doing the Macarena in Denmark.

    It’s the downside of being a prolific poster mate. I’ve been through phases turning round stuff like you do, and I have to agree - if it’s not working then it’s not working and it’s a lot of money to have sitting around doing sweet FA. I’d say ignore it mate, but if it’s getting to you then you probably can’t. You get your hands on some tasty basses mate - for some, it’s probably jealousy.

    Oh don’t stop posting mate ffs! All I would say is: - It’s your stuff, you can do what you like with it - It’s never ever wrong to sell something you aren’t using - People like me are just joking - I love the fact you try stuff out and move it on if you don’t like it or play it - Some people are (apparently) serious in their comments. Ignore them.

    Second coat now on. I’ve also put a coat on the neck - which was already sealed by the Danish Oil, and it’s taken on a lustre already.. so that’s hopeful!

    Crimson penetrating and high build oil. Both similar to tru oil but different formulas

    Finally, the oil has arrived! 1 bottle of Penetrating Oil and 1 bottle of High Build Oil. Onwards and upwards as they say. I think it will take 3 coats of penetrating oil to get the body sealed ready for the high build oil. First coat is on and curing:

    Thinner, or narrower? I find most P necks wider, but thinner front to back, and Jazz necks the opposite….
