and yet another JCM user... i love the noise from mine and the way it looks, but maybe that just me. i cant comment on the recent amps though the MB series seems to me like the AVT's, which were good for guitars from all the ones i've heard. when are the QC issues for marshall's meant to range from (roughly)? maybe the key to a winning marshall is to weigh it down?

first bass i played was a epiphone G400 extreme in A+A music, you know, the SG shape with a bite out of the base and a tread scratchplate 'cos i wanted to be that cool owned; a starsun BC rich warlock copy, again; that cool. still got it for a party peice and because i never got round to getting rid.

listen very carefully... or something afternoon all, i'm currently hailing from biddulph but soon to be sheffield which i can't wait for even if it means leaving behind a few of my lowlife toys. i've played for a few years, had a band thing once but, well, the drummer and i disagreed, nevermind. simply put, fender -> GT-6B -> marshall -> for me i'll play a little of whatever i like so the odd r+b line, touch of metal maybe and the classic bit of rocking out i'll see y'all around
