I play in a metal band in Manchester and use the B3k into a sansamp RBI live and a B7K into a sansamp bass driver in the rehearsal room / demoing. I've just spent the afternoon A / B ing the two setups and personally the I found the B7K into the bass driver the best overall. For me, the B3K works best with the sansamp rather than on its own and although when I bought the B7K I thought it could replace both pedals, I've found that I prefer the extra oomph the sansamp gives me when paired with the B7K. t's worth noting the EQ on the sansamp is flat with the drive at 10 o'clock and the blend as 12o'clock.

Hi guys, I'm about to revamp the electronics in my bass. I'm interested in getting EMG PJ active pickups, wiring them to a concentric volume / blend which will be the only pot on the front of the bass and retaining the John East bass / treble pre-amp which I have in the control cavity. Can anyone suggest the best place to get he concentric volume / blend pot? Thank you Regards Paddy

Roman bought a Fulltone OCD from me. Very easy to deal with and I'd confidently deal with him again.

I have 2 set ups which I'm messing around with at the minute. I run a B3K into a sansamp RBI which give me my tone. My RH450 is used as a power amp although I go into the input using a little drive and tubetone neither of which are probably necessary considering the 2 pedals in front of the amp but I like how it sounds. I also have another setup which is B7K into a sansamp BDDI straight into the effects return of an ampeg for the power amp.
