When a Reverb seller, listed as a quick responder, hasn't answered my question in a week, should I assume they're on holiday, or otherwise absent?

  Maybe they've been shot, or had a heart attack. They lived alone and their flat contains a cloud of bluebottles, a dishevelled Christmas tree and a festering body waiting to be discovered when a neighbour finally kicks the door in because of the stench. Tragic, really.
