Hi, They compare well to the spiro's. Same front to the note and sustain, and similar in tension to the Weichs. I much prefer how the Lyons felt under the fingers and the G string is much much nicer than any of the spiro G's. Overall, they were lovely strings on my bass, but I just preferred to go back to the wrapped gut strings i use.

I had big plans to setup a home studio and was recommended this excellent bit of kit. Unfortunately my plans to make a home studio have stalled, so Im moving this on. Its about 'as new' as possible as hardly been out of its box. Paid £550 for it, hardly had 1hr of use (shameful).
