Hi Chris, Friad I've just sold this to chap in the US. As far as it this compares to the DYN-B, it's certainly better. I've used the Dyn b for years and learnt how to tame the midrange to get a good sound. But in 'plug in and play' terms, the a-Dyn gave me a much better sound immediately.

Double bassists, Im selling the most incredible amp in the 'amps for sale' section. Its the Schertler UNICO Deluxe and is immense for double bass. Its all class A preamp and automatically recognises and adjusts to the impedence of whatever you put into it. Someone had tried their bass with an Underwood pickup (my joint least favourite pickup along with BP100) and it sounded incredible. Its that good! Will make whatever you use sound amazing.

Hands down the best bass ive ever used for double bass. Works well for electric bass also, but i would say it functions best as an acoustic amplifier/mini PA. I cant say enough good things about it, it really is that good. It should be for the price they charge for it.. Bought brand new several weeks ago, done two gigs before i realised its overkill for the gigs i do these days (and im playing without amp these days a lot of the time). Not too keen to sell this, and will happily hold onto it, but if it sells I will immediately buy its little (and lighter) brother the DAVID amp. Comes with expensive Schertler carry bag. Amp and gig bag worth over £1750 £975 plus postage.
